Hotel Ysuri was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Super comfortable beds and the rooms were modern & full of amenities. The staff was amazing and always super accommodating to any of our requests. The infinity pool is everything and the pool bar serves some of the best cocktails I have ever had. Will definitely be coming back as soon as we can.

Amazing getaway!!

This place was amazing Malena, Ninfa and Manuel made sure we had the best experience they were very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent. This hotel is beautiful and everything is walking distance. I will definitely be returning here.

Looks Good Online, Disappointing in Reality – Lacking Basics Stayed 3 nights for our 22nd anniversary and got a “standard” room with no desk, lamps, hair dryer, or fridge—nothing like the photos. Pool had 20 chairs but only 3 umbrellas, all taken early. Bar ran out of ice and offered to sell me a bag for $50 pesos. Beach chairs required spending $500 pesos at their restaurant. Great location, but comfort and service are treated as extras. Wouldn’t return or recommend.
