The Space:
Villa Tres Vista is just a quick walk to some of the best restaurants in the area, near to Mr. Flamingos, La Noche, Code, La Margarita, Industry clubs, 6 blocks to Playa Los Muertos Beach and the famous PV Malecon.
THE SPACE
Villa Tres Vista is perfect for couples who desire a private, heated pool, or families and big groups as well. You’ll LOVE Adela, our cook. My home has two full time staff members with your stay. (Excluding Sundays and Mexican holidays)
Tres Vistas is a beautiful, three-story, modern construction villa with city and ocean views. It is private and located in the Alta Vista area.
Floor 1: Outdoors: Private pool area with warm pool, outdoor lounging space. Indoors: living area, dining area, kitchen, terrace space, and half bath.
Floor 2: Master suite with terrace, laundry room (washer and dryer for your use), guest bedroom #1 with queen bed, guest bedroom #2 with two double beds with shared Jack & Jill bath.
Floor 3: One master with ensuite bath and terrace, another large bedroom with terrace, a living area with sofa bed that shares a bath. Air conditioning throughout the villa.

Chef will prepare a breakfast of your choosing (additional meals can be arranged for an extra charge per day) The only thing the guest pays for is the actual cost of food and we will take care of the shopping and preparation. Housemanager will help you with any needs. He will set up tours, do shopping, or make any necessary arrangements to ensure you have a wonderful vacation.

Nice house but pictures not accurate
While the house is nice, clean, in a good area, and the host was very welcoming and friendly, the pictures are misleading. The picture of the pool shows a fireplace and a separate jacuzzi area. However, none of these exist - it is just a pool area. It's almost like the jacuzzi and fireplace were photoshopped into the picture - they simply do not exist. It is a blank, white wall behind the pool, and there is not a smaller, squared off area in the pool - it's just a simple rectangle. Also the view off the balcony is not accurate. There is now a condo building under construction blocking most of the pretty and expansive view looking directly off the balcony. I made my decision to rent this house largely off the pool ambiance and the view off the balcony as shown in the pictures of the listing, and both of these were grossly misrepresented by the host. Beware before booking.

The property is beautiful inside and out! We loved the private outdoor pool we had to ourselves. Chris, the owner, was also a joy to communicate with and made the entire check in process so comforting with drinks and snacks upon arrival. Amazing customer service and a great location
Our family celebrated our mother’s 80th birthday at Tres Vista. We had a wonderful vacation, and the house worked out perfectly for the 10 of us. The option of having a fabulous cook prepare breakfast every day was a real treat! The location was convenient and we walked to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!
