⸻The condo is smaller than it appears in the listing, but the location is very good and convenient for getting around Puerto Vallarta.The main drawback was comfort and supplies. The sofa was stained and quite uncomfortable. The kitchen was missing many basic items we expect in a rental, including measuring cups, a whisk, strainer, bakeware, and ice trays. The knives were very dull and felt unsafe to use, and there was no sharpener. There was also no laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, or dustpan provided.With better attention to furnishings and more fully stocked essentials, this could be a much more comfortable stay, especially given the great location.

Everyrhing was perfect! Veronica is a very responsobe host, the place was extra clean and super well equipped and very quiet inside even if it is in the center of the zona romantica. The pool is fabulous, the service, expert and lots to do around the area.

Location is everything

Everything about this property was excellent except for the actual layout of the condo itself. Lighting was poor, electrical outlets were lacking, and the decor was poor. Having said that the management was above and beyond with their attention and friendliness. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Great location and roof-top pool

Nice condo right walkable to beach, restaurants, and shops. Don’t miss the Saturday market in Larazo Cardenas Park. Great to have the little store downstairs. Rooftop area and pool even better than photos. Nice staff.

Great location

Great location of this listing. The manager and concierge were very nice and communicated. The unit was very modern and updated. Had great a/c. The only issue i had was there were rules that were not listed on the listing and we werent made aware until we got there. They dont allow visitors after 11pm and you cant play music in the unit or pool side even though the whole community and surrounding areas plays music all day and night. Also the apart is not well insulated against bugs. There were several cockroaches popping up in the unit i killed at least 3 of them. But besides that it was a good stay. The pool was amazing and fun.

The Park, Romantica Zone, PB, 7 day stay

Blanca was friendly, professional, and communication was fast and easy. The 2 bd, 1 bath, w/full kitchen was just as advertised. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed, even beach towels. The patio was nice with a great view of the main park and even some ocean. The building is accessable with a key card and the front desk was always staffed; we felt safe without the security being overly obvious. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. There's a little market on the ground floor that had everything we needed. It's a busy city with an active night light so can be loud but we enjoyed people watching from the patio. You can't hear the noise from the bedrooms so we were still able to get a good night's sleep. Highly recommend.

Xmas Vacation

Central location, across from plaza and short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and spots to stop and eat with Great tacos right across the street! The condo was big enough for our family of four (two small kids) and the rooftop pool was perfect to watch the sunset. The building staff was friendly and Blanca with the property manager was great!

Updated condo in terrific location

This property is a really nice choice for Puerto Vallarta. The location is terrific and the building security is good; we felt very safe while there. The kitchen is well stocked, having a washer and dryer in the unit is a plus, and there is a cute balcony to people watch and relax. The staff is very kind and the gym and rooftop pool are nice benefits. There is also a terrific grocery store attached to the building. A few things that are a bit off and worth mentioning as a heads up. There aren’t any hooks for towels in the bathroom (although there is one small towel bar), so we had to hang our wet towels on the coat rack in the hallway. Not a huge deal, but odd. The headboards aren’t attached to the beds, so they tend to fall forward at times. The biggest downer was we had at the most, five minutes of hot water in the shower, which is tough for a family of four. Despite these quirks, I highly recommend this condo!

There were no hooks in the bathroom so we had to hang wet towels on the doors. Suggest that instructions for the TV be placed in the unit. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and we had plenty of towels.

We Loved it!!!!! The best place in PV

We stayed for Christmas 2018 and have no regrets at all. Veronica was waiting for us upon our arrival. She showed us around the condo which was super clean and had all the necessities we would have at our own home. Everyday the staff downstairs would greet us and answer any questions we had or help my mom that has 2 replaced hips. The pool on the 7th floor always clean and the guests were all friendly. It’s the best location to be in PV and we plan on making another reservation for next Christmas without a doubt. Thank you so much The Park and especially Veronica. Happy New Year from Felisa Begona and especially our 5 lb. doggie Lola

Clean, convenient, comfortable

We just came home from staying in this property over Christmas. Everything about the property was pretty much perfect. Veronica, the building staff, the condo, and the building were great. Veronica arrived to meet us in the lobby right on schedule. The condo was very clean, ac worked great, beds were really comfortable, and the condo had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was pretty small, but if you wanted to entertain, they had a great space in the rooftop. Someone else had commented on the street noise, and yes, it was incredibly noisy on the balcony, and could hear a fair bit in the living room area, but once you got into the bedrooms, even without the ac running, you could not hear a thing. There was a good mix of sun and shade by the pool, and there were enough places to sit and lie down that we were always able to find a spot we liked. The security at the front desk were nice and helpful when we needed advice. This was a perfect place for us and our 9 and 11 year old kids. I probably would have found the street traffic a bit of an issue to navigate if they were younger. Pool was a lovely temperature, and was nice and big. There were hundreds of restaurants within a 10 minute walk and several options for places to hang out and drink and eat on the beach within a few minutes walk as well. Overall, would definitely recommend this place.

The condo was very nice and the rooftop pool area made our trip!

Veronica was very responsive to any and all questions and we couldn't have been happier with the condo. Great location, only two blocks from the beach, shopping and all the best of PV. The highlight of this propert is the 7th floor, infinity pool overlooking the ocean, grill and covered area for lounging.

Beautiful condo in Old Town

Beautiful property, clean, modern and spacious. Veronica was really helpful, as were all the staff at The Park. The property was in a great location in the heart of Old Town (however, this did mean it was noisy all the time), one block back from the beach. Would definitely recommend!
