The Neighborhood:
Versalles is on the lips of many locals and tourists in Vallarta. It’s the “hidden gem” colonia offering streets lined with palm trees, stunning Mexican architecture, and of course amazing food. Accommodations exceeded all our expectations! Owner and property management were extremely attentive and responsive even to our littlest requests. There was an error at check-in and it was resolved immediately. The unit was clean and close to shopping and restaurants. It was the best VRBO experience by far. Thank you!

Wonderful condo, location and roof top pool

We stayed here for 4 weeks - and it was just perfect. The condo is spacious, new, airy and bright with everything we needed. The kitchen has a large fridge, stove with gas top, microwave, blender and even a toaster oven - lots of sidhes, glasses & cookware. Both bedrooms are large with patio doors to a connected small deck. Ensuite bathroom is also spacious and the water pressure is good. Beds are very comfortable with nice quality linens and pillows.We had a few problems - initially were given the wrong lock box code so couldn't get in, but once that was rectified everything ran smoothly. A problem with the toilet and then later with the internet were both handled very well and promptly by Naya Homes - property managers in PV. The location of the condo is excellent - 10 min walk to busses or to the beach in 15 or to La Comer or Costco in the other direction. The neighbourhood is fabulous - very safe, walkable and with SO many fabulous restaurants to choose from. Favourites included El Chinelo, Tuna Azul and Ascensio y Chelas, but there are many more.The roof top pool deck, BBQ area was fabulous with a fantastic view, and hardly ever busy!Maria at the front desk is a gem - she is just wonderful and so friendly.The only downside is the size of the exterior 'deck' - it is so narrow the the bistro table and 2 chairs barely fit & was seldom used. However, the 2 large sliding doors brings the outside breeze in, and we loved listening to the birds.
