Amazing location and amenities

We are a family of 4 members, two kids and two adults. The location is gorgeous. Literally 2 blocks from the beach and malecón area. And so we felt like we were in a excellent location but we enjoy as well our intimacy as it is a quite building. Very clean, safe, the employees are very polite. The pool is very nice and quite. Definitely a place to discover.

Awesome Place, great location.

Friendly building everyone who works there are awesome as well people from Palmera vacations. Really I recommended this place. Have everything you need, almost as your own place. It is very, close from everything. Walking distance. Your view is at the mountain and bars.Rooftop expectacular. 360All your view over Zonaromantica, mountains and beach.Beach is only two blocks away. Restaurants, shopping.One last recomendation. Blue Bistro just across the street from entrance at the building. Food is amazing, flavor, presentation, friendly staff. (Breakfast - lunch). We had breakfast there every day.

Wow!! Everything was Amazing!!

This place is a 10 out of 10. The decor was beautiful, the bed and pillows were so comfortable and talk about more than enough space!! Our contact Alfredo was waiting for us to arrive, gave us a room tour and said to message him if we had any questions! We would definitely stay here again! My only tiny complaint was that the VRBO page said smoking was allowed on the balcony but with the welcome email it said no smoking on property! But other than that it was all beautiful and worth every penny!!

Lovely

A spacious condo with a fantastic rooftop pool in the heart of the Old Town, who could ask for more. We spent a week here at the end of a three month stay at various locations in the region and in Mexico City and it was the perfect way to end our holiday. We were done with cooking by this time so did not use much but the fridge but it has everything you would need to cook. Just a small north-facing balcony but we just headed to the rooftop. One of the few occasions where the pool and area was nicer than it looked in the photos. Hope to stay here again.

Location is nearly perfect

There were some issues such as the pool is still under renovation, there was no working TV and the furniture on the balcony is dry rotted with only 1 chair was usable. With that being said it was just me so it didn’t spoil the stay. Location is wonderful close to restaurants and bars. The price is wonderful so all said and done I would stay again

Buen lugar pero con algunas novedades

El lugar está en una zona excelente, cerca a todo, el condominio bonito, muy amables las personas y con buenos vecinos. Toda la coordinación de checkin y checkout no se realiza con el dueño sino con una agencia, sin embargo, el dueño no informó de nuestra llegada y tuvimos que hacer malabares para contactar a la agencia y esperar por 7 horas para recibir la llave e ingresar. Tomamos este apartamento porque en las fotos aparece el condominio con piscina pero actualmente está en mantenimiento y no nos informaron, solo pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi. Después de 2 días de estar aquí, quisimos ver tv, tuvimos que contactar a la agencia para perdir ayuda para encenderlo y que creen? Tampoco estaba en funcionamiento. En fin... se requieren muchos detalles para que el servicio sea mejor. Recomendamos el condominio pero si es posible contacten con otro apartamento que no sea el 510.

Great location but noisy & bright

Property is nice but this unit faces bar across street open until 4am w/ loud music. The street bedroom balcony overlooks also has lights strung across which stay on until bars close. Older window shades didn't provide much help. Several things were not working, TV in living room, but was told TV in bedroom works, you'd have to lay across bed to watch it way it's positioned. Bifold door into laundry room closet was difficult to open/close & needed work property management aware. Also old medications stored in cabinet where kid could access them. Kickplate on dishwasher missing/damaged? Lampshades in bedroom old & inside plastic cracked & missing. Dining/kitchen area gets AM sun & heat. Has net curtain w/ rips & tears w/ cream curtains over which drag on floor. Propane odor likely from cooktop w/ fumes building up in cabinets. Had 1 door/bath mat that was raggedy. Shower heads are large rain fall type but need like scale cleaned off. Sewer gas odor in 2nd bathroom/kitchen living area w/ no idea from what!? Info on maid service was told contact property manager they said contact owner so no maid. 2 empty flower boxes on balcony along w/ 2 dried up flower pots. No screens on windows or metal grill of interior door. Building has inner courtyard so also would allow bugs if left for breeze. Yes location great, building security great. The rooftop is lovely w/ pool & hot tub as well as loungers & several seating groupings where some watch sunset from.

Fabulous stay

This unit was accurate in the description. We loved how close it was to some favorite local food stands. The service at the condo was very good, everyone very friendly and helpful. Was also quiet inside the room and blocked out the night life outside. We enjoyed exploring Puerto Vallarta and would recommend staying at this location. The roof top pool and surrounding area was a dream, very peaceful and serene. The entire building was kept very clean with many potted plants and trees so you felt you were in a garden.

The place is amazing, location is perfect and the views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi are beautiful! It made for a wonderful weekend with friends. The only problem I had was combing through the booking information for check-in instructions but I'm sure I worried more than I needed to. Eventually I got in touch with Alfredo who was great and the vacation went smooth from there!

In the middle of everything

The place was just as described in the post. I loved how safe and secure the property was. Spacious and had everything that I could need. After arriving, the pool ended up being closed, but other than that - I had a blast.

Great Location

We have a friend that lives in the building and have stayed before. This unit is very nice. Accurate to descriptions. Roof pool is great. Location is perfect for beach/Nightlife. Check in and Check out was very easy. We would stay again.

Fantastic Stay in The Perfect Location

I could go on and on, it’s all good. I’ve already booked this unit for a second time. I would have booked it for more days if they were available. The location is ideal. Similar buildings like Pavilion, Loft 256 and Zenith (I’ve stayed in all) have noise issues. This is two blocks further south from the center of the action, so it’s right there within 2 minutes but far enough away so no noise. It’s also two or three blocks from the beach. The pictures are exactly accurate and everything in the apt worked to my satisfaction. I stayed solo but this place could easily accommodate four with a full second bathroom and ample couch capacity with pull outs. There are TVs in then bedroom and a huge (65 or 75 inch I didn’t measure) but huge TV in the living room. Rokus provided so I had music videos on all the time. Everything in the kitchen is there everything for the laundry is there the concierge answers questions immediately. The furniture is comfortable, and the property management company is a large and legitimate company that will check you in and out seamlessly so don’t worry about that at all. The balcony is off the master, and seats two with a nice Mountain View. No units in the building have ocean view, except maybe a penthouse or two. You sacrifice that for being close to the good restaurants and nightlife. I’d say I’d book it again but I already did. I’m only upset there weren’t more available days. Don’t wait on this one.

This property should not be listed with all issues pending with owner, management and VRBO

The water was cut off for 3 days from 9am-3pm. Management at V399 simply stated I need to resolve issue with the owner. I didn't have a contact number. The air conditioning not working in the bedroom. No attempt to fix during my 12 days at the property. No housekeeping services rendered for 12 days. I will never deal with a VRBO listing again.

Excellent Romantic Zone/Old Town location.

Friendly & responsive host, secure building with 24 hour staff. quiet neighborhood. 1 minute walk to the main street in Old Town. enjoyed the rooftop pool and PV sunsets. So many restaurant options within a 5 minute walk. Flat streets, no crazy hills to deal with. Accurate pictures and description. Would definitely stay again!

V399 is a very nice property in the perfect location. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool top view was spectacular. My favorite part was how quiet the condo was.
