📌 Other things to note

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Perfect location and wonderful/supportive staff support

Location is just perfect and nice quiet section but near everything. Great apartment with everything we needed for our stay and we almost never left the rooftop pool!Staff was VERY proactive in coordinating our visit and to any questions i had through the stay as well. Very recommended.

Absolutely wonderful

We loved our stay in the old town of Puerto Vallarta. The apartment is perfect if you like to be in the middle of things. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach, and there is a lovely little pool on the roof. There is a huge selection of food options, from markets to nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Don’t be afraid to try the taco stands! The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Any issues were fixed very quickly and Alejandra and team were very responsive.I highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back.

Leaving always comes too soon

Urban II is a gem. Location is exceptional…an easy walk to the beach,the malacone, galleries and a wealth of restaurants. There is a vitality about the area that is amazing. It still has much local flavor with street side taco and smoothie stands and kids at play and a rich mixture of serious work and leisure. Small artisnal bakeries are close by and some of the finest dining is a short cab ride away. Each time I visit, I find a have gained more affection for the neighborhood and its people. I hope that good fortune will favor me with more visits in the future.

The condo unit was absolutely perfect, great location, and all of the amenities inside the units. As for linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans. We can’t say enough what is incredible time we had staying at this condo aside from the one mishap of the elevator, everything was perfect. Thank you for everything, we will be back next year! Ideal area

As a new property, the condo was in excellent condition. Plenty of dishes and other items but we needed to purchase additional cooking supplies (oil, seasoning, etc) which was no issue at all. Great rooftop pool and excellent evening security make the stay safe and comfortable. Located in center of romantic zone (downtown) with no hills to climb so can't beat that. Street view but get out and walk 3-5 minutes to see the ocean! Excellent, highly recommend

Amazing property in a great location

This property is just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is amazing and just a couple of blocks from the beach. The walk is pleasant as you are walking through the heart of Puerto Vallarta. The main patio connected to the living room is a great size and overlooking the busy streets below. On the rooftop you can enjoy the day in their amazing infinity pool overlooking the city. Amazing property in a great location. Two blocks from the Main Street of the romantic zone. Cute market and OXXO are around the corner and a fresh juice stand is set up every morning on the corner of the street. The only cons are the area is noisy from construction and buses constantly passing below. This is expected from the area it is in. Also wifi doesn’t work reach the main bedroom. Both of these “issues” were not really issues for us but thought we’d share for others just in case. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would definitely stay again!

Great location in the heart of old town

Great condo in the heart of the old town romantic zone. New, modern building and units with all of the modern amenities. Gorgeous roof top patio and pool with amazing views of town and the bay. Second bedroom is a little small but perfect for kids or single traveler. Master bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood and a short walk to the Malecon and beach. Yes, it’s noisy, but you are in the heart of town! We love Vallarta and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good and Bad: Renters Beware!

Good and Bad: Renters Beware! The condo is new and nicely furnished, with a lovely rooftop. The location can’t be beat and PV is amazing - the beaches, restaurants and the people! Unfortunately, this unit is on the 2nd floor so you hear a lot of noise from the buses constantly rumbling by, immediately below the balcony. In addition, the building next door is under construction and we were awakened early each morning with loud construction noise (as in jackhammers), including weekends. Most importantly, the property management firm basically stole my money, refusing to refund deposit in full, because of dirty towels. The towels never left the building and could have been easily laundered with detergent, bleach and hot water. (Pictures showed dirty feet being wiped, normal usage - no stains.) Shame on them for scamming renters. Potential renters, you have been warned!
