Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

Other things to note
🏗 There is ongoing construction in front of the building which may cause daytime noise.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Wednesday for about 20 minutes, any time after 10:00 a.m., to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Guests will be provided access wristbands at check-in to wear during their stay. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas is available for rent.
