ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!! This home is completely gorgeous. Also the staff is amazing. From Leo the incredible chef to.Brissa, his sous chef. And I can’t say enough about Osvaldo, our waiter. We felt pampered, spoiled, and so incredibly well cared for every second. The house is impeccably maintained. The property manager checked in and also arranged airport transfers expertly. The food….oh my gosh! Every meal was delicious. Take the chef’s recommendations! We always stay at an all inclusive and this was comparably priced and so much more private. The staff are with you for 8 hours a day and prepare and serve two meals. We chose breakfast and lunch and there was plenty left over for dinner each day. Choose Casa Paakat! You’ll be so happy you did!

The villa was very good, the staff were excellent and a very pleasent surprise in how attentive everyone was. Each of the king sized rooms were very large, with great ensuites. Amazing views. I would do this again, ideal for a group of friends.

We had the best experience at Casa Paakat! The house was absolutely phenomenal and the pictures don’t even do it justice. The staff was also incredible including Daniela who helped coordinate everything and Pedro who was an excellent bartender and made every aspect of our trip seamless. The chef was also amazing and the food incredible. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to be back!

The property is beautiful and the staff was very nice but we did not have running water for over 12 hours and nothing was done to remedy that situation. Additionally, make sure you only have cash when you are paying staff for groceries. The listing makes it seem like there are no hidden fees but that is far from the truth. For example, the chef went to the grocery store three times a day (rather than just once to get all the ingredients for the day) and we were told we had to pay for each of her taxi rides to the store.

Our family of 9 recently stayed at Casa Paakat and it was an amazing week at this beautiful villa! The communication with the host and the concierge staff was excellent right from the beginning and throughout our stay. We had a fantastic staff with chef Sandra creating delicious and picture worthy meals, Ruby and Caro constantly keeping the villa clean and our outstanding bartender, Pedro, who was so accommodating and made our stay so very enjoyable! Pedro's personality was outstanding and he was so kind and attentive to our needs! He made us a variety of tasty cocktails, including his spicy cucumber jalepeno margarita and passion fruit pina coladas! Every part of the villa was just gorgeous and each room had amazing views! Each night we watched beautiful sunsets and even a few really cool thunderstorms. There was plenty of space for those who had some remote work to do and the internet was excellent! The infinity swimming pool had amazing views from Los Arcos to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the temperature was always perfect! We took daily walks down to the beach and also walked into town. The kitchen was fully stocked for us before we arrived so that we could make some meals and snacks for ourselves if we wanted. The kitchen also had all of the necessary appliances and pots and pans. The glass round table was the perfect spot for us to eat our dinners with a view of the sunsets. Casa Paakat was a fabulous place for our family vacation! We can't wait to return!!!

We had the most amazing experience staying here! The house is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Thank you to Pedro for catering to all our needs, Sandra for all the delicious food, Rubi and Caro for keeping the house clean for us, and Veronica, Daniela, and Blanca for making sure we were taken care of.I highly recommend staying here.
