The kitchen is furnished with high-end quality appliance ( Thermidor, viking, and sub zero ) and wine coolers, a large window view to the ocean. With a dining island for 8 guest. The living room is separated from the dining area with a beautiful indoor garden. The living room is an impressive area, with fine imported wood carved entertainment display case. Villa has 14 bathrooms, an indoor waterfall cascading two floors, a grand entrance that overlooks the dinning area, a lobby, two laundry rooms, and several furnished retread areas that overlook the ocean, swimming pools and gardens perfect for socializing and gatherings.

The outdoors dining area overlooks the ocean, beach, gardens, swimming pools and tropical forest. Dining for up to 150 guest or a very comfortable area for small family gatherings, for parties, dining or relaxing.
Guest have private access to the beach and into the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan.
The driveway to Villa will accommodate 20 vehicles and parking to accommodate an additional 40 vehicles is available on the property
