As you may know the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.

Consists of 16 exclusive, private residences. The entire complex is walled off, and the entrance is exclusively allowed to residents and their guests. The exterior amenities will include 2 swimming pools, parking, garden and landscaping combine with great exterior light.
