The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of towels in the washer, and if you have time before you depart, please start them in the dryer on the high setting. Load and Start the dishwasher cycle if you have dirty dishes.
Please make sure the AC is turned up to 76, lights are off, and door is locked. (Ceiling fans can remain on inside the condo, if you used the outside fans, please make sure they are off).
Please send us an email letting us know if there was any damage or broken items during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Use only Quartz cleaner on countertops. Use cutting boards to cut. No acids or citrus one countertop. You will be responsible for damage or etching.
Please be mindful of the painted doors and cabinets, as it scratches easily. No wet/sandy feet on area rug. Respect our condo as if it were your own.
AC- Please turn the AC to 75 or higher when you are not inside the conod. Only turn it down in small increments to avoid freezing up the unit.

We absolutely love staying in this condo. So much so, we’ve stayed in this same one numerous times. Everything from great communication, fantastic decor, to the smallest details you can tell that special attention was paid to make it feel as “at home” as possible. Things I normally look for… cleanliness, comfy beds, furniture that you feel you can actually relax in, this condo has all of that. And if you choose to cook while you’re there, the kitchen is stunning and has all of the essentials you would need. Lastly, it is located on the 10th floor. In past travels to RP we made it a point to stay on lower levels out of preference but, because this condo has everything we could possibly want, the 10th floor is just fine by us

Amazing Beach Condo

We are regular visitors at Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point). Each visit we would stay longer and we finally found a perfect Gem of a condo at Sonoran Sky 1008. We will be back! The condo was immaculately clean, the furniture was high end and very comfortable; including the balcony furniture which overlooked The Sea of Cortez, with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen was fully stocked with many extras including crock pot. We made many meals with ease in this beautiful kitchen.You can feel how proud the owners (Teri & Jamie) are with this unit and of this resort. The unit has wonderful decor and full of comfort. We had the pleasure of meeting Teri, she is an exceptional host! She ensured our stay was memorable and that we were able to experience all that Rocky Point has to offer! Thank you for such a great time!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time here in Puerto Penasco. The unit is definitely well located. You can watch the sun come up to the left and watch it set on the right, all from the balcony. We enjoyed watching the whales in the morning while drinking coffee. Just a lovely time. The pool bar is great, the hot tubs are nice! Access to the beach is easy. You can't go wrong with this condo! While it is 2 bedrooms, wish it was more of an equal bedroom situation. Ideal for families! The in unit washer and dryer is a major plus. You can't go wrong with this unit!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The beach condo was perfectly appointed and spotlessly clean. Every detail was meticulously thought out, and everything worked flawlessly—a rarity these days especially in Rocky Pointe. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It provided a completely stress-free environment, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

Amazing condo with everything we could have needed.

I want to first start by saying that this property looks even better in person! It was clean, the beds were comfortable and it just felt very inviting. I have rented a few other properties in Rocky point but will certainly rent from this owner again next time. It really is the little things that makes all the difference. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coffee for the coffee machine, laundry detergent, paper towels, cozy towels (and plenty of them) , etc. communication was very easy and entering the property was as simple as could be. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Loved Sonoran Sky! Great place!

We love RP and usually stay at Las Palomas. The resort is clean, and all around more intimate. Everything was so close. It was easy to keep an eye on the kids. Bartenders were fantastic! Food was great poolside. Will def be back!

Beautiful condo

Highly recomended this beautiful property. Only small issue was the security told us that they were not notified of our checkin today so could not get our wristband on time. Was resolved within 30 minutes. Owner allowed us for early checkin but we could not make it until 3 anyways. AC is poweful. Internet is powerful. Water pressure is powerful. Owner responds quickly. I will come back to this property. Thanks a lot for sharing ur beautiful condo.

Beautiful condo

Absolutely beautiful condo. We had only stayed at Las Palomas before, but will now add this into one of our favorite condos to stay in while in Rocky point. Everything was clean. The owner responds very quickly through text. No problem getting any extra towels or little things that you might need. No major check in at the counter. Just walked up to the condo typed in the digits. Walked right in to the beautiful ocean view.
