Just relax on your patio or by the beach or pool and go back to your condo to get refreshments in an instant. No elevators to wait for! Diamante 106 is located in the best aeea of Phase 1 at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort!

Unfortunately, in case of heavy rain the elevators need to stop for safety reasons, making rentals in lower floors more desirable.

Ground floor condos are great for parties or for children to play... in your own backyard! Every time you go with your friends or family at Las Palomas, make sure someone in your group books a ground floor condo and let the party begin.

I have been an owner of another LP condo since 2006, and had the pleasure to stay at this condo when mine wasn't available. I was very impressed with all the contemporary upgrades of the kitchen, bathroom, etc. It was perfect for the short time we were able to enjoy it!

Clean, fully stocked and right next to everything. Loved that I could walk out the patio door was immediately at the pool bar or beach and could walk out the front door and the stairs/elevator to the garage were right there. With some of these places. You spend soooo much time getting to and from your room. This one is in the perfect location
