Nice small place

This place was nice but it’s a small apartment with no living room or central area to hangout. It’s a 3 bedroom with just one bathroom, with a small kitchen, not too functional for 6 adults and 4 kids. We all hung out in the kitchen with our beach chairs as there no couches. The location is very far from the beach, it states central location but no, it’s across the street from Sams club, the entrance to Peñasco.. The mini split in one of the rooms was not working when we arrived, it wasn’t fixed until the following day. So, we had to move the mattress to another room. The positive, great wifi and Netflix available for the kids. There was a garage for our side by side which was good.. I don’t feel this place was worth the money we paid.
