Mind-blowing stay - never experienced anything like this
Hard to summarize our stay in a short review - it was simply amazing! We were a group of 14 people, staying at Luis' place for 4 nights. We couldn't have wished for a better experience. The house is purely magical with a massive community area that boosts a large dining table to seat the entire group, a couch area to chill as well as the kitchen from where the staff serves food and freshly made cocktails. Rooms are very generous. Words can't describe the amazing staff there: the food prepared by the chef is delicious and fresh, cocktails are tasty and creative and all members of the staff are so nice and discrete. The pool is large and allows swimming as well as simply hanging out with a cocktail.
The best part of our stay, though, was having Luis at our disposition. His help goes waaay beyond everything a regular property manager would do: He was extremly fast and helpful in booking transportations and extra activities. He negotiated discounted prices for us. And he even gave us honest recommendations on what things might not be worth doing. Simply put, his role was somewhere between a highly professional concierge and a local friend.
All in all: one of the most memorable stay of my entire life-time. (And probably also the longest review I have ever written). in short: book your stay at Castillo Encantado! We are already looking at possible dates of our next stay.
