Excellent location! Walk off the ferry with your bags and directly to La Zayapa. I had a difficult time before arriving with payment link and WhatsApp. I finally figured out WhatsApp and called the front desk; no worries, they had my reservation and told me to just settle up when checking in. Breakfast was wonderful and the day we left on the 7am ferry, they had a to-go meal packaged for each of us on a table on the way out the door. They also have very reasonable full laundry service. We left our laundry in the morning and it was done by the time we came back from our outing. Everyone is so nice. Loved our stay!

Great stay, just pay cash when you arrive

In-person, everything was amazing! There was this little old lady who didn't speak a lick of English, but I we got by with my basic spanish and she was so so sweet. She was accommodating and she was complimentary and she gave us advice on how to be safe in Guayaquil. The hotel and breakfast were great. The only negative was that before our trip, Zayapa reached out and they tried to get me to pay on a sketchy app beforehand (we ended up just paying in cash in person) but it was stressful beforehand.

This was an excellent hotel in the heart of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. We were just steps from the waterfront and were able to enjoy breakfast in view of the harbor each morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the accommodations were more than comfortable for our purposes. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great view of the harbour. There was a comical, loud barking sea lion in the harbour that we could hear from the room. The hotel has a nice cafe that provides a good breakfast. Location is great for getting to the pier for the ferry or for water taxis to do boat tours.
