For those who want to live to the rhythm of Mauritian life and meet the locals, we welcome you to the "Villa Lemon Tree" This comfortable villa can accommodate 5 (6 with children) people in ideal conditions, for a stay local color .. New house, on one level, it is bright and spacious, at the edge of the river:
180 m2 on 1000 m2 of fenced and wooded land 300 meters from the sea.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans. The living room is open on a large covered veranda.

Beautiful house!
Very nicely decorated villa and very clean! The communication with Magna was easy, any problem quickly solved. She is very helpful. Her mother Marlene prepared a delicious dinner for us. We had a great time doing the boat trip with Magna's brother Patrick.
It gets really hot in the house in summer but the sleeping rooms are air-conditioned. You definitely need a car ! There are many things to do and see nearby.

Excellent point de départ pour découvrir Maurice
Très jolie villa avec son jardin exotique. Toute la famille (2 adultes et 4 jeunes enfants) a apprécié le confort de la maison et l’accueil de Karia. Magna avait déjà tout préparé pour la réussite de notre séjour, notamment la location de la voiture (indispensable à nos yeux d’ailleurs).
Temps de trajet tout à fait acceptable vers les plages du Nord ou Port Louis. Une fois l’habitude prise avec le volant à droite, le clignotant qu’il ne faut pas confondre avec l’essuie glaces et surtout les ronds points à prendre dans l’autre sens (...) quel plaisir de démarrer ses excursions depuis Poudre d’Or.

UN PETIT COIN DE PARADIS
Villa spacieuse très agreable avec sa grande varangue où nous avons passé des moments inoubliables. Très beau jardin, très calme , depaysement assuré. Le sejour a été très agréable et nous remercions Magna et sa famille pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.

Wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies
Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Villa Citronnier. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Großzügige Räume, durch die vielen Türen und Fenster gut durchlüftet und auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen hat es ein angenehmes Wohlfühlklima. Die Küche mit Blick in den paradiesischen Garten ist gut ausgestattet und mit vollständigen und zueinander passenden Geschirrsets. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der große überdachte Außenbereich sowie der wunderbare Garten mit reichlich Möglichkeit zum Relaxen und verweilen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wenn es einen nicht stört, nur von Vogelgezwitscher und Sonnenstrahlen geweckt zu werden, hat man hier den Volltreffer gebucht: angekommen im PARADIES.
Die Vermieterin und ihre Mutter sind sehr nett und stets bemüht, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Der Bruder der Vermieterin bietet eine unvergessliche Bootstour an, die wir nur empfehlen können.
Vielen lieben Dank. Wir kommen wieder, aber dann mit Familie.

QUE DU BONHEUR
Nous avons passé 8 jours entre amis dans cette merveilleuse villa ou rien ne manque joliment décorée avec gout dans un jardin magnifique , au calme proche de tout .
Je vous recommande la sortie sur l'ile Bernache avec Patrick amoureux de son ile qui vous fera passé une extraordinaire journée , nous avons également déguster les langoustes au barbecue , un régal .
Merci a sa maman Marlène pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Un séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans cette villa dans laquelle on se sent rapidement "chez soi". Il ne manque rien et l'ambiance y est sereine. Le jardin arboré ainsi que la varangue est une invitation à la détente. Et le plus important, un accueil adorable par la famille de Magna, Marlène sa maman, Patrick son frère, sans oublier Matheo son petit neveu. En résumé, dans un lieu tel que celui ci, les vacances ne peuvent être que parfaites dans ce si joli pays peuplé de gens si acceuillants !
Nous espérons revenir rapidement dans ce coin reposant et peu touristique, point de départ idéal pour la découverte de cette magnifique île.

DE BELLES RENCONTRES
La villa est spacieuse, très propre et la varangue permet de passer d'agréables moments à l'ombre. Elle est bien équipée et Magna est à l'écoute permanente de nos besoins, avec la volonté affichée de vouloir en permanence améliorer les lieux, déjà biens décorés et avec beaucoup de goût.
Les bananiers offrent d'excellents fruits et les magnifiques oiseaux viennent tous les jours nous saluer.
A part cela, les lieux sont calmes, loin de l'agitation touristique et proche des vrais Mauriciens souriants et toujours prêts à échanger quelques mots, avec un accent créole adorable. Nous pouvons rejoindre, en scooter, voiture, bus ou taxis très nombreux, les magasins propres et biens fournis de Goodlands avec son marché et sa foire, en plus des petites échoppes de Poudre d'Or avec des commerçants forts sympathiques. De même on peut se rendre en 20 mn à Grand Baie ou Centre de Flac pour des supermarchés et de belles boutiques.
A Poudre d'Or, la poudre n'est pas la seule à provenir de ce métal précieux. La famille de Magna est réellement en OR, adorable et aux petits soins. Marlène la maman cuisine des plats divins et est l'une des plus gentilles femmes que l'on puisse rencontrer sur cette terre. Patrick son frère peut nous emmener découvrir la faune aquatique et les iles désertes, une journée inoubliable. Nous avons aussi eu le plaisir de rencontrer sa soeur qui transmet plein d'informations intéressantes sur Maurice et son petit neveu Mathéo, avec des yeux magnifiques dont ma femme est tombée amoureuse (des yeux).
En résumé, un séjour inoubliable et une seule chose sûre : nous nous reverrons très, très vite !!!!!!!!!!
Merci à toute la famille d'avoir participé à faire de ce séjour d'un mois, un aussi beau moment.
