Come and relax and enjoy a nice house (64m2) located in a secure luxury residence near the bay of Santa Guilia.
At the heart of the most beautiful sites in southern Corsica (1.2 km from Santa Giulia beach, 5 km from Palombaggia, 30 minutes from the mountains), you can also enjoy on-site two swimming pools (including a heated indoor) and a fitness room.

The house is composed of:
‱ A beautiful terrace of 32m2 partially covered with stunning views (South-West exposure). It is equipped with garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.
‱ A beautiful living space with fully equipped kitchen (ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers ...) open to the living room with a sofa bed (160 Sleeping)
‱ Two bedrooms (160 & 180 beds) with ample storage space.
‱ A bathroom with large walk-in shower. Separate WC.
‱ Wifi, air conditioning, TV, board games, linen and towels provided, final cleaning included.
Possibility of loan of baby equipment.
Grocery and restaurants are 3 minutes from the residence, supermarket 5 minutes by car, the city center of Porto-Vecchio 7 km, Bonifacio 20 minutes and Figari (Airport) 25 minutes.

Appartement trÚs bien équipé, propre et agréable à vivre. Superbe vue de la terrasse sur les collines et la piscine. Seul petit bémol, la proximité de la petite route d'accÚs à Santa Giulia qui s'entend depuis la terrasse. Mais à cette période de l'année (fin avril-debut mai) ce n'était pas une nuisance. A voir en haute saison.
