Everything about this hotel, from the friendliness of the staff, literally everyone ! From Maria welcoming us, to Isaac’s knowledge of spirits at the bar , a spotless room, exceptionally beautiful spa with pool, sauna etc. Our massages were fantastic and the personal notes , chocolates and wine in the room made it a very special two days in Porto!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff was excellent and the hotel is a very good value. Loved the chocolates each evening. We had two main concerns that keeps us from giving a perfect score. First, there is very little privacy with the toilet area and no privacy with the shower. Second, we partially chose this hotel for the gym but found the aerobic equipment to be of very low quality. Besides these items, very happy with the stay.

Wonderful hotel, true 5 star experience. The service and attention to detail was very appreciated. Spa was lovely, 20m pool, steam and sauna, often you have this to yourself if you go at the right time. Breakfast was very good with an order to table menu and fresh juices. Note however the privacy is limited in the room with the shower in the room and clear toilet door.
