It was ok

What I like with the accommodation is, it is near the bus station; just two minutes away by walking. The room is quite clean as well as the shower and the bathroom, however, the staff were not very friendly and the receptionist was hardly approachable.

Experiencia en Oporto

El estado exterior del edificio engaña mucho por su deterioro pero dentro está totalmente reformado. Habitación amplia, baño grande y la cama muy cómoda. Llama la atención la cama redonda y la bañera tan grande. A pesar de haber obras en la calle, que dificultan el aparcamiento, no hay ruido. Si viajas en coche, lo ideal es aparcar en una calle cercana, subiendo del hotel a la izquierda, enfrente de una gasolinera. El centro histórico está a unos 20 minutos andando desde donde puedes bajar al río.

a very good deal in Porto

Takes about 15min walk to get to the center, is walkable but i would prefer to stay closer to the center. there's almost nothing around the neighborhood. Punti forti e punti deboli in questo soggiorno che tutto sommato è stato positivo e ottimo per il prezzo pagato. Tra i pro: vicinanza alla metro, zona tranquilla, ampiezza camera, ampiezza bagno, box doccia davvero grande, pulizia camera. Tra i contro l'umidità che c'era in camera (mitigata dal condizionatore)

- Dame am Empfang Spricht nur portugisisch. Es ist sehr schwierig sich mit Ihr zu Verständigen - Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, z. T. noch Müll vom Vorgänger - Im Zimmer war viel Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel - Im Badezimmer war nur eine kaputte Stange um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Toilettenpapier lag auf der Toilette - Es gab nur einen kleinen Mülleinmer der im Badezimmer war - Es gab kein Duschgel, nur Shampoo - Abfluss der Dusche war defekt - Duschkopf verstopft - Fernseher ging nicht an - Flecken im Bett und auf der Bettdecke - unangenehmer Geruch im gesamten Hotel + Zentrum ist mir der Metro nur 2 Haltestellen entfernt

nous sommes arrivés tard et reparti le matin suivant,donc pas trop le temps d'évaluer les services.par contre chambre spacieuse,salle de bain avec serviettes et échantillons,tout propre nickel.Ce n'est que le lendemain matin que j ai déchanté car il se trouve que sur le canapé où j avais ouvert mes valises se trouvait le passage de fourmis...donc plein de fourmis dans les valises,nous en avons ramené en France! et pire une fourmi m est rentré dans l oreille!!!je l ai signalé à la femme de ménage le matin alors que nous quittions l hôtel,je ne sais donc pas si ce problème aura été résolu,ponctuel ou permanent(chambre7 dernier étage). Les escaliers sont très raides et heureusement que la dame de l accueil m a aidé à notre arrivée à monter les valises,pendant que mon mari allait retirer de l argent liquide pour payé la chambre.

Ni se os ocurra reservar en este hotel !!

Nada mas llegar al hotel me hicieron esperar 1 hora porque no tenia reserva (segun ellos), yo tenia mi confirmacion por email. Al igual que yo, habian 3 parejas mas que no tenian la reserva. En resumen, me tocó buscar otro hotel por mi cuenta, mas caro, mas lejos y no me dijeron ni perdon por dejarme tirado en un pais que no conocía. La mujer de recepción parecia que era la limpiadora. No sabia nada mas que portugues e iba vestida con un delantal de la edad media. Me asomé aa un cuarto que tenian alli abierto y habia suciedad para parar un tren. Que asco por dios. Si no quereis quedarse en la calle y tener que buscar otro hotel a ultima hora, como nos pasó a nosotros y como les pasó a los demas.... NO RESERVEIS AQUÍ !!!

saí do hotel mal vi o quarto. Não corresponde ao nível que é sugerido na foto. A recepcionista "desapareceu", eu quis cancelar o quarto, foi uma empregada que me atendeu, n sabia da recepcionista, falou para um telemôvel com outra senhora a quem eu expus a situação. Ela n foi nada simpática e disse: "você n viu o quarto?" Isto para eu ter que pagar. Ou seja, eu deixei lá 70 euros, disse que era assim, mas aquilo n tem sequer estrutura para funcionar como um hotel.

Quartiere popolare ma ben collegato. Le scale sono abbastanza ripide. Le due finestre si affacciano su una casa in rovina e su tetti vicini. La camera "superior" con bagno privato che avevamo scelto per il letto grande e le dimensioni nella foto su internet non era quella che ci hanno dato. Secondo la signora la dicitura "superior" indicava che si trovava al secondo piano. In circa venti metri quadri un letto al centro della camera, una vasca in un angolo, il w.c. di fronte al letto senza alcuna parete per trovare privacy. Non c'è armadio né cassetti, la nostra roba l'abbiamo stesa sul corrimano di legno. In 3 giorni le pulizie sono state fatte una sola volta senza cambiare asciugamani né rifare il letto.

Ospitalità mediocre. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il wifi che ha funzionato una sera su 3 dopo più lamentele. La nostra camera dava sulla strada, rumorosa di primo mattino. Logisticamente scomodo per girare a piedi il centro di porto. 90€/3notti, per 10 in più si trovano più vicini alla ribeira anch'essi con wifi. Nota positiva: bagno in camera con doccia multifunzione
