Dec booking - Room was clean. Smaller than expected and comfortable enough for two people. Complementary espresso pods and tea sachets. AC not working: error message showing up or automatically going to heater. Receptionist tried her best to help. AC was still not working. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety of options. Location is perfect : close to Ponte Luiz, restaurants, metro station, stores, Christmas market, river. Highly recommend (ensure AC unit functions).

Fantastic location! Literally across the street from the train station. And 3 minutes from the bus station. I didn’t realize it was so close!! Easy walking distance to all the main attractions in Porto. Cool design of the building & rooms. Staff very nice & helpful. My room was quiet which was great. And even though it’s an “inside” room I did get natural outdoor light from the window which was also a nice surprise! I’d stay again. Good lighting options by the bed. Plenty of outlets. Fast, almost instant hot water for shower. Thanks, I’d come back for sure!
