The hotel is very nice, looks like new.The guy's from the reception are very nice and friendly, also the bar tender and every one from the cleaning to the breakfast servers,are going extra miles to make us feel good. The breakfast is well represented by many type of food, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, bread, cereals, pastries,salad and fruits. Coffee and tea is very good as well. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the old center ,the railroad station and many landmarks around. Also many restaurants to choose from. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and I will come back in the future.

Room was clean and beautiful. Lobby compact including a mini bar area but it didn’t feel overcrowded even when I stayed for drinks. Staff fantastic-helpful and very nice!! I almost put good instead of excellent because the lift wasn’t working the day we were leaving and we were on the fifth floor! The staff accommodated us by bringing our luggage down in the service lift. It would have been even more appreciated if they had put our luggage in our hotel room the day we arrived as we were out all day until 9:30pm. The hotel is situated in a great location, is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, staff are very curious. We enjoyed the welcome drink, the bottle of water daily and the complimentary coffee and pastries in the afternoon. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel moon and sun . Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean comfortable coffee making facilities, good shower l, water left daily in the room. Lovely note in the room welcoming us . Breakfast was great nice start to the day. Eggs bacon vegetarian options, fruit and cereals different breads, coffee and juices. Hotel was in a good position 15 minutes walk down to Reberia square or main train station and the River. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by. We used the roof top bar a couple of times late afternoon early evening one evening they had live music which was really good. All in all an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting lovely Porto. Thank you Moon and Sun
