Staff were welcoming, friendly, and extremely personable. The hotel is located right in the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. There was no ventilation, especially after a shower, so the air in the room could be a bit damp when you came to the room after breakfast. Room 004.

Excellent hotel to explore Porto. Clean, modern and well maintained. Across the street from a fantastic cafe for coffee, fresh juices, snacks, etc. walking distance to restaurants and Porto. Slightly away from the hustle and bustle, which was excellent for us. My only note is for parking- parking is available in an underground lot about a block away from the hotel. We managed and the staff was super helpful but it took as a little adjusting to get used to the setup/roads. I would stay here again next time we’re in Porto!

The hotel is modern, clean and well located for exploring the main sights in Porto, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was in Porto for a work trip but would happily return to the hotel if visiting Porto for a holiday.

The rooms were much smaller than the pictures and descriptions indicated. I ordered two superior twin rooms. The staff were excellent and brought a chair into the one room. There was not room in the second room for a chair. I rate staff superior and the breakfast was also excellent. Staff gave us directions to pharmacies, a laundromat (which I thought was on the premises), called us a taxi (which took us a very round about way to our destination). The taxi ride home was very short.
