Never again
The person who designed this hotel has never stayed in our room. The hotel was dimmly lit in hallways and in rooms. it was bizzare that only way to have lights on in bathroom was to have main lights on. So used phone as light in bathroom. Faucet to short sink to shallow water got all over sink. Not enough room to put toiletries out.
Breakfast,we were never told that breakfast was extra charge until we got bill. Had we known we would never have eaten there,lots of cafes in neighborhood I am sure with better food.
Fire alarm went off in middlebof night we all got up people at front desk did not know what to do. We were never even comped breakfas next day..nothing for hours of sleep lost.
not even an apology!
Bar on roof deck..only friendly person was the bar tender. But getting up there with high steps no railing hard enough but getting down after a drink or so very scary. No railing,steep slippery marbel.
