Exceptional Stay in the Perfect Location! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My stay at this apartment was simply outstanding! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Rua Santa Catarina, surrounded by shops, cafĂ©s, and the best that the city has to offer. It’s the perfect base for exploring everything on foot. The apartement itself is stunning — modern yet cozy, with great attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My apartment was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable, with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay. I can’t recommend this place enough — it truly made my trip unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this apartment overlooking the iconic Rua de Santa Catarina. The view alone is worth the visit — vibrant, lively, and full of the authentic charm that makes Porto so special. Waking up to the bustling street below and watching the city come to life from the comfort of the apartment was truly unforgettable. The apartment itself is just as impressive. Beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, it manages to feel both stylish and cozy at the same time. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, making it a perfect home away from home. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Porto, surrounded by shops, cafĂ©s, and historic landmarks. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment feels peaceful and relaxing once you step inside. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be more perfect — right on Rua Santa Catarina, one of the best and most vibrant streets in the city. Everything was within walking distance: amazing shops, great restaurants, and all the main attractions. The apartment itself was incredible — beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, offering the perfect mix of modern comfort and local character. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city — it truly exceeded all my expectations!

Bonjour, Nous avons eu un problĂšme d'Ă©vacuation de la douche le premier soir mardi nous l' avons signalĂ© . On nous a rĂ©pondu qu'ils allaient nous envoyer quelqu'un. Nous avons renvoyĂ© un message le vendredi,et lĂ  nous avons eu une rĂ©ponse. Que celĂ  venait des intempĂ©ries de Porto. Sachant que nous Ă©tions au 3eme Ă©tage.Dur Ă  croire. Ils nous ont dit qu'ils allaient faire le nĂ©cessaire . Personne n'est intervenue. Ensuite j'ai vu qu'il y avait 2 autres avis qui signaler le problĂšme.Ils rĂ©pondent toujours que ça vient des voyageurs.Nous leur avons montrĂ©. Et lĂ  rĂ©ponse hallucinante cela venait de nous que l'on mettait nos cheveux aux Ă©gouts.Que je ne faisais pas l'effort de parler anglais. Eux ne font aucun effort pour solutionner le problĂšme.(DĂ©boucher canalisation avec produits ?) Nous voyageons beaucoup.C'est la premiĂšre fois que nous avons un problĂšme comme ça. Surtout d'ĂȘtre pris pour des idiots. Dommage parce que cet appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ©.

VoilĂ  ce qui en est sortie. Ce ne sont pas nos cheveux. Et ce n'est pas parce que je ne parle pas anglais.

Le bien : Appartement bien situĂ© avec minimum d’équipement satisfaisant. Le dĂ©cevant : voyageant avec ma fille, j’avais choisi cet appartement car dotĂ© d’un lit et d’un sofa lit. Il n’y avait pas de sofa en arrivant. Nous l’avons demandĂ© dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. Sans rĂ©ponse de ON Appartment Findmeinporto, nous avons dĂ» relancer le lendemain matin, en signalant par ailleurs que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a rĂ©pondu que tout serait solutionnĂ© dans la journĂ©e. Nous avons tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© en fin de journĂ©e et on nous a Ă©conduit assez sĂšchement. À noter que la propretĂ© laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer et que l’écoulement de la douche est faible. RĂ©sultat : 2 nuits inconfortables. Et une Ă©norme dĂ©ception quant Ă  nos rapports avec l’agence. Je serai reconnaissant Ă  HĂŽtel.com de nous obtenir un dĂ©dommagement. Ci joint photo et Ă©changes par WhatsApp.

Whatever you do, do not book this place!

The owner was supposed to meet us and check us in at 15.00 but didn't show up until 21.10 to check us in with one towel for each person, by then it was too late for my daughter and I to shower because we were too tired. In the morning we discovered that the shower drain is not working properly, and I texted the company at 9.30 am, got a message back that they would fix it asap, but nothing happened for the whole time we were there (3 nights). I even sent pics of the dirty shower because the dirt came up from the clogged drain and no one helped us. I was texting them so many times to get it fixed and even contacted hotels.com who tried to call the company but mo luck for them either. Finally on the last night I wrote that I'll write a bad review the company answered back and took NO accountability. The neighbors who booked with the same company had the same problem but with a clogged sink. Unprofessional and rude owner who won't take accountability. Do not book here. The pics don't reflect the apartment
