Excellent location, close to beach and only a 5 minute car ride To Kennebunkport. Free parking and bike usage was great. Latte / Cappuccino machine was hard to use and staff was not interested in helping. No breakfast was disappointing as was the lack of front desk personnel friendliness. They weren’t rude just were typical Maine I guess.

Mattress and pillow very squishy/saggy and need replaced, window sills and windows very dusty, no ocean view, people above us were moving their furniture, dragging across the wooden floor to the point that it was concerning!! Tip envelopes and magazines were water logged. Parking area was private, view from living room was ocean view, linens were fresh, furniture very miss matched. Nice tea and coffee area

This was the cutest inn with such nice staff, spacious rooms, and a good parking area. Across the street from the ocean, there’s Adirondack chairs and fire pits. Lots of things to use also like bikes. Very accommodating and nice. Clean and smelled so great!
