Harborview - Curated East End Escape w/ Parking

Harborview is a newly renovated, top-floor apartment perched on the edge of Munjoy Hill in Portland`s East End. This home is a short stroll to the Eastern Promenade and the East End Beach, the Casco Bay Islands Ferry Terminal, and the historic Old Port.

The apartment features a spacious open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan adjoined by a large private deck. It`s the perfect spot to gather, relax, and dine while enjoying the breathtaking views of Casco Bay!

The contemporary, fully equipped kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances, natural stone counters, and bar seating.

The large, south-west facing deck offers breathtaking views of the city and Portland Harbor.

The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are individually climate controlled with heat and A/C. The two full baths have heated floors (perfect for those chilly New England mornings!). The living room sofa folds out into a comfortable king-sized sleeper.

For those working remotely, there are two dedicated desks located at the opposite ends of the apartment. The Wifi at the house is fiber optic, with real-time speeds of 150 Mbps.

We have off-street private guest parking for 2 cars (sequentially) equipped with an EV charging station. If you are visiting with more than 2 cars there is on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house, or a couple of doors down.
*Be mindful of the clearly marked street cleaning signs, and park on the opposite side of the street that day so you don`t get a ticket.

For your little ones, we have a Pack n Play, as well as a highchair available. If you need either, just let us know and we will set them up for you! (There is also a baby gate at the house for the stairs if needed.)

The whole apartment is available for our guests to enjoy, including an on-site washer and dryer.
I'm happy to offer dining and excursion recommendations during your stay!

Two reserved parking spots in the driveway. Easy free street parking as well, just watch out for street cleaning days posted on parking signs.

There are 2 flights of stairs leading up to the top-floor apartment.
We welcome groups of up to 4.
*Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance.
There are no parties allowed at the house
Out of respect for our neighbors and tenants below, quiet time begins at 10 pm.
Kindly remove your shoes when inside.

*The EV charger onsite is a 48-amp Tesla (if you have a different EV, please, bring your own Tesla to J1772 adapter).
