This was a new build and we were the first visitors to stay here so it was really nice that everything was brand new. The beds were comfortable, everything worked well, and it was clean! All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. There was a fun game table for small kids in the garage and although the pool was farther than I thought when booking, you are provided with a golf cart to get to it and there were we didn't even use. It's about a 10 minute golf cart ride to the big pool. We were glad the pool was heated with the strange bit of cold weather that week. It's a bit of an adventure to get to the Windmark Beach area because it's unpaved for a bit and there isn't any signage, but it was no problem for us to figure out. The beach access is easy and just across the street. The property manager was nice and quick to answer any and all questions I had. The house could use a few instructions for things like the golf cart, wifi, etc, but if you've stayed in a VRBO before, you know what to expect. Would stay here again!
