Large house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large den, newly remodeled kitchen and dining room with table that seats 8. Outdoor area for grilling and relaxing includes patio furniture and a large screened in front porch. There is plenty of parking including a covered carport. Plenty of room for boat parking and hose for easy clean up after a day on the water. Downtown area is within walking distance with a variety of shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Walking trail and park are located one block from the house. Fenced in area for pups with doggie door off the screened porch.

We enjoyed the house and area very much. Nice screened porch for morning coffee and quiet area. Easy walk to downtown or the lighthouse to enjoy the sunsets. The fenced side yard worked great for our black lab.

Nice roomy home near downtown Port St Joe. The kitchen was outstanding. Close to good restaurants and shops in town. Really beautiful and uncrowded beaches a short drive away. The screened in porch was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Such a great location and lots of room

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO and this on by far has been my favorite.. Lots of room and so close to the town and the water just a short drive and you are there. Next time we will rent the house and the little cabins behind it so we can bring additional family and all can spend time together in the house and still have there own space.

Family Thanksgiving

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with family for Thanksgiving. The house was the perfect size for a large get together. The kitchen was perfect for preparing food. We loved the front porch. Our dog did, too!!
