Lite House II is waiting for you! This newly constructed home holds amble opportunity for beach memories. Lite House II can accommodate ten guest with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have a connecting bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living room are an open floor plan, allowing families to gather with plenty of space. These rooms also show views to our beautiful beaches, which are less than a minute walk from the home. The pictures do not do this home justice, one stay and Lite House II will be your forever vacation home!

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

This house is excellent in every way. We throughly enjoyed our leisure stay. Only inconvenience was carrying all the baggage up stairs and seeing an elevator that we didn’t have excess to.

Beach perfection

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. We loved Lite House II. It was so nice. Plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and decorated so cute! We loved the screen porch and the beach was just steps away! Can’t wait to come back!
