The instructions are not clear that the property is a separate building from the address on it which made finding where to try to enter confusing. The inside of property was filthy with floors that were not swept or mopped, the bedding and headboards had visable dirty areas (not just old stains but also including old stains). When checking the mattresses we saw how nasty they looked. The walls had grimy debri in areas. Overall the place was just not cleaned. I messaged the owner saying we left and did not stay there the 2 nights booked and sent photos of the uncleanliness asking for a refund. He did not respond.
