Emails were not responded to a number of times that had clear questions requiring responses. The couch was filthy, the kitchen sink was leaking (had to be fixed) and took a long time to drain. Wifi was terrible. But what really disappointed me was that we booked a portacot, when we arrived at nearly 6pm the cot wasn’t in our cabin which was fine but once I picked it up and get it up it I saw that it had several rips, large stains and a very strong odour. I could not let baby sleep in it. When I returned it the morning after explaining that it is not safe the person in reception said “yeah it’s not is it”. This was so annoying because we could have stayed somewhere else that actually had the ammenities we needed. The grounds were nice and the cabin was spacious. Could use a playground or something for the kids though as the closest that we saw was in walking distance but up a very steep hill.
