Our stay

House was beautiful but the dryer didn’t work and the toilet seat is broke in upstairs room with 2 beds cut my grandson bottom. Needs to be replaced

Sufficient

The house is older, but sufficient. Desperately needs a DEEP clean. Cobb Realty could use a refresher on what it means to be in the hospitality industry. They charge extra for linens (lots extra). They do not provide any toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sponges...etc. Be prepared to bring or purchase your own. When we arrived there was a few sheets of paper left on one roll in one bathroom. Makes you appreciate the hosts that go the extra mile to make sure their guests are provided with at least enough to start. We will not rent any house from Cobb Realty again.

Family fun

We truly enjoyed our trip.. it started out rocky - our first rental ( The Cabanna Che) was musky, and not very clean,and the AC didn’t work. You upgraded us to the Smile and Wave and it was spectacular…. The only complaint is we spent one entire day moving because we had already unpacked when we arrived at the Cabanna Che. The Smile and Wave was everything we expected.

just ok......

overall good stay,seeing family come by. HOwever $110.00 for linens NOT put on beds nor towels placed in bathrooms. No instruction for tv remotes, there are three, one tv upstairs didnt work at all. Deck chairs are in need of repair, sun damage . We did not used because Unstable. Stairs were not safe without proper rails. 64 year old fell down the stairs because rail broke, bad hardware. Watch for nails on deck "painful"

22 Crab Fest Beach Trip

We had a great time at Cabana Che beachouse this weekend.The beach was really awesome and fun.The crab Fest was a blast also.This beach house had a great view to be on the third row and was well stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend.We enjoyed this beach house alot and would most definitely return to one of our favorite places Crystal Beach

Vacation rental

House is nice, it could use a good deep cleaning. However we enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to beach access, neighbors were pretty loud late at night. (Not much can be done when they own that property.) Patio furniture was not comfortable, so I am glad we brought chairs.

Thanksgiving getaway

Nice house for a couple or small family. Carpet was a bit dirty, but it is to be expected with a dog friendly property. Beach proximity is excellent with a decent view. Only thing it was missing was a fenced in yard.

I liked that it was so close to the beach. Great location. It could've been a whole lot cleaner. The decor was nice and it had almost everything you would need, but it lacked severely in cleanliness.

Direct view of beach!!!!

This was a great house to stay in. It was like 200 feet from the beach, and you could see directly out from the balconies to the water, it was wonderful, I could recommend that they have a few more things, and you don't bring your own toilet paper and ask for the linen package, it's one of the most convenient ones I've seen. bring towel for swimming. We qualm be back I am sure

Nice stay, and nice property

Clean property. Would suggest the carpet be removed and replaced with laminate like kitchen since a pet friendly cabin. Lots of stains likely due to pet accidents.

Relaxing weekend

Had a great family weekend trip, including our fur babies. Great location a walk away from the beach... enjoy doing my morning walks with my fur babies... will come back soon.

Decent place

Decent house and location. You can see the beach and ocean from the porch because the offset houses in front. Large yard and downstairs space for gatherings. Grill was ok but glad we brought our own. Cleaning service did a once over not a great job. Found candy wrapper trash all in the pull out couch and on the floor. Previous renter left dog poo all over the yard. Carpets were still sandy and the place looked better how we left it than it did when we arrived. Bedroom with single bed needs more support. It sags had to sleep on the edge and my husband rolled to the middle. Lol. Sliding door is sticking and rough to shut and open. Deck is in need of great repair. Nails and splinters had to earn the kids to wear shoes constantly. Overall the house was set up nice and for the price we aren’t complaining. Just needs some upkeep and housekeeper needs to do their job.

Cabana Chi 2020

We had a very nice time. The house was nice but needs some minor repairs and updating. Neither of the upstairs showers worked. Light bulbs were replaced on our second day so thank you for taking care of that. Please take now that metal sign to wash the tar off on the lower steps is just a tad higher than the step and can cause tripping. My husband almost did., but luckily did not fall. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house. It's very pretty and comfortable. Some patio furniture on the lower deck would be a plus, just fyi. Thank you for all of your help. Not the best but met our needs

1. I liked the fact it was in a col-de-sac (or end of road). 2. It is quaint and cozy. 3. In slight disrepair (downstairs tv didnt work well, carpets we stained, dishes were not clean) 4. We were there for the beach, it is within walking distance, so we were happy. 5. Stay here again? If nothing else is available.

Beach

It was great. Loved the fact that it had a yard an kids could play outside. Loved the location quite an dead end road. Perfect for children. I did not like that it had carpet. . Loved outdoor shower. Will stay there again
