We were so happy to be back in Ponte Vedra beach! This beach front home was absolutely gorgeous. The view will take your breath away. We loved the large kitchen and living room with a plenty of sitting area. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed. Appreciated the welcome gifts especially the coffee! This home was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the host was easy. We had a great time and will definitely return next year!

This house was just perfect for my family of 3 and pups. It was very spacious, the kitchen had all the items we needed for the week and the beds were so comfortable. It was a very open floor plan so no matter where we all were in living room kitchen or dinner room we felt connected. The location to the beach was amazing too, only steps from the multiple doors on the house onto the porch, to the sand. Also we LOVED the skylights. There were a few rainy days but the skylights in the living room helped keep the house light. I only had to reach out once to the host and they were extremally prompt in response. The patio furniture was super comfortable and cushions made it even better. The only "issue" if you would even call it that, that I didn't pay that much attention to when booking was the two spare bed rooms (one with the bunk beds and the one with the queen bed) the rooms did not have TV's. That's not really a big issue but definitely something to be noted.

Not quite heaven

BEAUTIFUL location. Really breathtaking. Kitchen is very nice and the view is beautiful. However, the property is not quite maintained. We arrived and the hammock that was listed in the listing was no longer there and the property manager told us they could not get it back. Trundle bed was left with old sheets and juice box on it. Used toiletries left in bathroom from renter before us. The filter on the refrigerator had expired and the refrigerator water dispenser, dispensed straight salt water. The owner did deliver fresh gallons of water for us the next day, but we had to make our own ice due to this. We got the filters the last day we were there and had to fix ourselves. Towels, rugs, sheets very threadbare. Dog hair on couches. Front door leaks rainwater during rainstorms. Toys and adirondack chairs VERY USED/old/broken/bleached. One very flimsy umbrella was provided no umbrellas on patio tables. We asked and they gave us 1 more umbrella. Master bedroom facing ocean (east) only has sheer curtains so very bright at 6am. Sheets do not stay on master bed. The listing is lovely but the reality does not live up to it, not well maintained/cleaned. The locations is gorgeous. Will go back but will rent another home, not this one.

Almost Heaven was absolutely perfect!! The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The location can not be beat, it felt as if we could reach out and touch the water right from the deck! We will be returning!

Wonderful stay at Almost Heaven property

Our visit was middle of December at Almost Heaven. The location was wonderful! We enjoyed being right on the beach and taking our dog on a beach walk daily. The property has a nice kitchen with plenty of space. We also appreciated the fenced in side yard.
