Vista D'Ouro is a luxury villa in Lavradas, offering 250 m², mountain views, and space for up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is designed to maximize natural light and views.
Outdoors, you have a private garden, covered terrace, balcony, and a wonderful pool. Please note: the outdoor pool is uncovered and unheated from May to September; during the rest of the year, it is covered and heated, so you can enjoy it year-round.
There is a private barbecue, barbecue area, ping-pong table, and parking for up to 6 cars. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and video on demand. A crib and high chair are available. Beach towels are provided.
The house is fully available except for the garage and storage rooms, which remain closed. Parking access is spacious. Please do not leave children unattended in the pool or on the stairs.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed. The indoor fireplace may be used from November to February only and is not for grilling. The house was built with sustainability in mind. Please keep doors closed in winter and use natural light to save energy. Turn off lights in unused rooms. Events are not permitted.
