The single bathroom is thoughtfully designed to meet your needs with a walk in shower. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where you can unwind after a day of exploring or working.

This comfortable home features all the necessities to make a long or short term stay enjoyable, including a full kitchen with an eat-in bar, a small dining room, washer and dryer, 3 smart TVs so you can enjoy your streaming services, and comfortable couches and beds so you can relax. I also love featuring the art of several of our local artists throughout the house.

The Poncan is very centrally located in the heart of Ponca City, within a 5-10 minute drive to the P66 Refinery, Integris Medical Center, wind farms, restaurants, museums, and local attractions. Enjoy all that Ponca City has to offer when you stay at The Poncan.
There is plenty of parking for trucks and boats. the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, street parking is also an option
