The Space:

Nestled in the heart of a particularly peaceful rural neighbourhood in Plourin, this spacious detached house is the ideal place for your next holiday with family or friends in Finistère. Set on a vast, fully fenced plot of 1,000 m², it offers a perfect, safe setting where children can play freely whilst the adults enjoy each other’s company. Ideally situated, the property is just 3 km from the nearest fine sandy beaches – the perfect distance to cycle there and make the most of the fresh sea air of the Breton coast.



As you enter, you step straight into a spacious, bright and modern living area combining the living room, dining room and a superb open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped (dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave and coffee machine), the kitchen also features a dining island perfect for breakfast and provides direct access to a handy utility room fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room, extended by large bay windows, opens onto a very large, south-facing outdoor terrace, which will quickly become your favourite spot for al fresco dining overlooking the surrounding countryside.



The ground floor is completed by a comfortable sleeping area comprising a separate toilet, a separate bathroom with a bathtub, and a charming master bedroom. The master bedroom features a large double bed (160x200 cm), spacious fitted wardrobes and its own en-suite shower room.



Upstairs, the space comprises three further bright bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms offer great flexibility to suit your needs: one is fitted with a 160x200 cm double bed, which can be separated into two 80x200 cm twin beds, whilst the second has two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined to form a 180x200 cm king-size bed. Finally, the last bedroom, ideal for a child or teenager, features a single bed (80x190 cm) and a proper desk, perfect for working from home in peace and quiet.



The little extras you won’t find anywhere else? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and offering advice on activities to do and tourist attractions to visit!



The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and activities: walks in the Abers or along the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and traditional restaurants where you can enjoy Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect base from which to explore this magnificent region, nestled between land and sea.

We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best places to visit and book activities according to your preferences.
