This contemporary villa is an invitation to peace and discovery of one of the most beautiful regions of Brittany.
Located 150m from the beach, it is bordered by a small path which will allow you to access a beach, allowing you to admire a panorama ranging from the port of Primel Trégastel, to the famous Customs House.
The spirit of softness released by its harmonious, cozy and relaxing atmosphere will not fail to seduce you.
Villa renovated in early 2020, many photographs will be available from mid-July.
ATTENTION ! This family home has 2 accommodations that can be rented separately.
On the ground floor, you will find a first accommodation that can accommodate 4 people and has:
- a large spacious living room with an equipped kitchen, a living/dining room and an extra double bed (140 cm)
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm)
- a bathroom with WC.
Finally, with a pleasant enclosed garden with trees, the exterior reveals a warm and welcoming setting that will only reinforce your feeling of well-being, inviting you to rest and relax.

Beschreibung unterschlug weitere Mietpartei im Haus

Wir mieteten ein ganzes Frauenhaus in der nördlichen Bretagne /Primel-Tregastel. Zu unserem Schrecken wurden wir bei Ankunft in der ausgebauten Kellerwohnung untergebracht. Im Haupthaus wohnte dagegen eine weitere Mietpartei! Aufgrund des sehr hellhörigen Hauses hörten wir jeden Schritt über unseren Köpfen inklusive Knarzen des Fußbodenbelags. Außerdem die Toilettenspülung und Dusche bis nachts um 1 Uhr. Besonders unsere Mittags- und Nachtruhe wurde dadurch erheblich gestört. Der Wert unserer Erholung war sowohl durch die Kellerunterbringung als auch die Lärmbelästigung drastisch reduziert. Für unseren Geschmack waren des weiteren zuviel Kunststoffe und Plastik in der Wohnung. Sowohl in der Möbeln, dem Besteck und der Bettwäsche. Es fühlte sich sehr unangenehm an, unter der Synthetik-Bettwäsche zu schlafen. Die Betten bestanden aus einer Art Feldbett mit loser Matratze obendrauf, die jede Nacht verrutschen. Die Matratzen waren für uns zu hart und die Kopfkissen konnte man nur als Brett bezeichnen. Die Verwalterin, die uns persönlich empfing, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach unserer Rückkehr nach Hause schrieb ich per Mail (wurde mir als Frei-Mail zugesendet) eine Beschwerde an fewo-direkt. In den Bewertungen las ich, dass wir nicht die einzigen Gäste waren, die solcherart betrogen wurden, ein ganzes Haus zu mieten und dann im Keller zu landen. Das ist jetzt über eine Woche her. Bis heute kam keine Antwort.

Nice location, but we booked a whole house, not a cellar!

We booked this whole house (as per description at vrbo) for 2 weeks. When we arrived we found a beautiful house very close to the beach. To our surprise we found other families already stayed in the house at the upper level, and we ended up at the bottom floor, just below street level. Our complaint has not been taken seriously at all, not by vrbo (no response, they even hang up the phone) and not by the owner. The description of the house has now been updated by vrbo and now states it is a shared house, nice for new bookings, but does not help us at all. This was a nice location for a holiday, but a bad experience as booked a house and landed in a cellar.

Gite tout neuf très bien équipé, très propre et fonctionnel... Manquait le wifi, très peu de réseau téléphonique... parfait pour l isolement, moins bien pour les accros du téléphone/tablette... Plage a pied, belles promenades a proximité...

Vertragsunterlagen unstimmig! Man weiß nicht was gebucht wurde!

Die Lage des Hauses ist schön, freistehend, lichtumflutet, nach SW ausgerichtet; beidseitig vom Haus nur kurze Wege zu den Stränden. Besonders schön ist der große Garten und das hierzu Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung stehen. Das Objekt ist sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet/ möbliert. Entgegen der Vertragsbeschreibung ist WLAN nicht vorhanden, was besonders ärgerlich ist, da auch die Funknetzabdeckung sehr schwach ist (Funknetz -verschiedende Roomingpartner!-) und oft abrupt zusammen-/abbricht; also auch die Einrichtung eines eigenen Hotspots unzureichend gelingt. Eklatante Übersetzungsfehler bei FeWo-direkt sorgen dann auch noch vor Ort für, auf den Seiten von FeWO-direkt nicht genannten, Zusatzkosten! Verdruss pur! Wer also auf den deutschen Seriten von FeWO-direkt bucht, weiß nicht was er gebucht hat - keinerlei Vertragssicherheit.
