Comfortable and well set up condo. Perfect for our family vacation where we had a mix of cooking at home, hanging by the pool, and exploring the area. Xcaret park was a highlight!

Absolutely amazing stay! The condo was spotless and exactly as advertise. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Playa del Carmen and beyond anything I expected. The host was outstanding to deal with: friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Generally pretty good

Overall, solid experience. Location was convenient. Unit was as clean as it could be given the age and condition. Would be nice to have some hooks to hang things on. Management company was responsive and provided towels and water when requested.

Family vacation

The staff was very friendly and Gladys was very responsive to any questions. We did report a leak on day two and it was never fixed so hopefully it’ll get fixed before the next tenants. Other than that, great location and great times!

Great condo

The condo itself was great with a nice kitchen and responsive staff. During our stay there was a strong smell of sewage throughout the block (not just the complex) which did affect the quality of the stay.

Not a Spring Break Place

This property is situated in a nice location which is the best part. Beyond that, the complex is filled with retirement age residents so it’s terrible for any Spring Break energy. You can’t have music by the pool…..you can’t even have a beverage while floating in the pool. Security is on top of you every chance they get. They will turn the power off in your unit if they think it’s too loud! Read ALL of the rules closely before you commit. Would be great for people looking to be around more retirement age folks for a very quiet vacation.

Perfect place to stay in Playa

Angel host and their team are the best! They answered quickly to any of our questions. The property is perfectly located very close to 5ta Avenida but not so close that you cannot sleep because of the noise. Swimming pool is great for relaxing and for kids, the kid's pool is the perfect size for my 5 year old daughter. If we go back to Playa we would stay here again. 100% recommended.

November is Playa

The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just steps away from bars, restaurants and shops. The design of the condo complex provides for a quiet, safe and inviting environment. The 2 pools are well maintained as are the grounds. Staff and host are very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately the beach appears to be eroding everywhere in town so that instead of just going to the end of the road, beach access is now accessible within an easy 3-4 minutes walk. The apartment is spacious and very light. Very comfortable to relax in and socialize. One of the bedroom has no windows so you will sleep like a baby. Every room with its own ac control. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this apartment.

These condos are in Playa del Carmen prime location. Walking distance to 5th bars, restaurants and shopping. Very secure building. Friendly staff. Excellent communication with manager. Condo had all the necessities and is definitely family friendly. Would definitely book again.

Great condo and location

The condo was comfy and the property was well maintained. Communicating with our concierge was easy and super helpful. Location was great with access to shops and restaurants and good beach access was just a couple blocks away. There was seaweed around but we found spots that we could swim and lounge on the beach:)

Amazing quiet condo central in Playa

We had a lovely time at this condo. The Magia is literally one block from the beach and one block from La Quinta, the main pedestrian walkway. I was concerned that it would be loud, but it was soo quiet in the evening. The pools are lovely - there is one shallow one that our little ones played in, and one deeper one. The gym overlooks the pool and is really nice. The condo is exactly as pictured. Any questions we had were immediately answered by the host. We received bracelets upon arrival and the security there was excellent. There is a security post in addition to staff cleaning and picking up the pool area, it was immaculate. Usually I prefer further away from touristy areas but this worked out so well and we loved it - we didn’t have to pay resort prices to get taxis/other activities as we could explore on our own and book or contact the host to book things, and it was quiet and tranquil getaway from the downtown. Also very kid friendly. Thank you!

Xmas in PDC

We loved the open floor plan of common areas (kitchen, dining, and living room) and balcony view to the pool. Parking garage also a plus. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple items that needed repair: the refrigerator wasn't working and both bathroom shower doors had to be sealed properly. Though a bit inconvenient, the service to address our concerns was top notch! Our property contact was always available, super responsive, and addressed these issues immediately and as fast as possible. Thank you Francesca!!

Close and quiet
