Quiet, Simple, Good Amenities

This condo includes some nice amenities like a water cooler for drinking water, a stacking washer/dryer, a hairdryer in the washroom. Rooftop pool is not heated but is a quiet beautiful area. Condo is on the quiet end of Quinta Avenida, and near some great local fish markets and ceviche restaurants. The elevator seemed to break down almost daily so we took to using the stairs to avoid being trapped in the elevator! Quiet, simple condo with all you need for a comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being brand new a few things were missing and anything that was needed was responded to almost immediately. Maria is the best - very friendly and personable and helper Carlos was great. The condo has plenty of room - a nice size living room, dining room and a king size comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. Nice large shower - entire bathroom was plenty big enough for us. We cooked almost every day but 5th is only a block away for any fantastic restaurants, plus of course, shopping. Go any direction though and there are more fantastic restaurants and you'll find what you want. Beach is also very close by. The rooftop pool is very lovely and comfortable. Up there pretty well every day. Workout gym also. Staff keep this building very clean. With this unit being on the 5th floor we had a bit of a view from our deck and are only one floor away from the pool. So comfortable staying there and won't hesitate to rent it again next time we come to Playa!
