Great stay!

We enjoyed our two week stay in this well equipped condo; very close to downtown for shopping and meals out. All amenities and services were as advertised and pictured. Will gladly stay here again!

Amazing Location

The condo was clean, the property managers were very helpful and it was perfect for a couple. We love this location for the beach and it's within walking distance to many shops and great restaurants. Plenty of options for quick COVID tests nearby also! We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise in Playa

Second time staying on the property and first in the unit. Great view of the pool and sea. Well appointed unit. We already booked for next winter! Close to 5th and all the restaurants and shops but far enough away from the crowds and noise!

Perfect location

I stayed with a friend for 4 nights. The condo was exactly as listed, with an amazing view and fun pool with a bar during the day. Super easy check in with the key pad. Location was walkable to everything we needed in Playa del Carmen

We enjoyed our stay at Xaman Ha 7110 very much. A nice one bedroom unit in our favorite building. This is our 6th visit to Xaman Ha and hope to return next year.

Great Location and Property

The apartment is as noted in the listing and stocked with lots of homeware. The pool area is lovely, while the beach was seaweed filled, there are several lounge chairs overlooking the sea which made for a great experience. Close to the tourist strip and walking distance to great restaurants. If construction is noted, as long as you are out of the apartment from 9am-5pm, it won’t impact your stay much.

Xaman Ha pool beach and 5th avenue

We had to find a place last minute bc the original condo that was also at Xaman Ha had an AC issue. That condo was a family friends' condo that we had stayed at many times before. This place was great. Location is great. Swim up pool bar with a great bartender. Close to 5th avenue and close to the ferry for Cozumel. Over all great experience.

Small Piece of Paradise in Mexico

Our stay at Xaman Ha exceeded our expectations. The grounds and pool were beautiful. The entire working staff were more than helpful and made us feel completely relaxed and at home among friends. Our condo was everything that was described and the view from the balcony was spectacular! The kitchen was equipped well enough to allow us to prepare our meals when we wanted. A very relaxing trip and we are already planning our next stay at your condos.

Amazing place for couple.

The location is great! Just steps from the city, but very quiet. We were lucky, there were very few people around. It's all perfect! I would add an electric kettle to the kitchen. And also couple relaxing chairs on the balcony would be really nice, the table can be much smaller which would make room for chairs. Just a suggestion.

Great Property and Condo

Fantastic location and condo. The condo had everything we needed to cook and relax. Pool has a swim up bar that is open from 11 to 4:30 every day, serving drinks and featuring pool food and snack. Robin who works the pool bar is amazing. He made us feel like family. We’ll certainly come back again just because of Robin. Had made our stay so special. Thank you Robin.

Beautiful property, from the unit itself to the grounds and location!

I had been living in an apartment for a month on the louder side of town. I came over to this serene, beautiful side to relax, get ready to go back to the states, and enjoy myself before returning to the hub-ub. It did the trick! Thank you!

Perfect for a couple

Great view of the ocean, the pool and bar were great- there was always a spot to be found and the bartender was wonderful. The condo was just as it was advertised and having the washer and dryer just makes things so much nicer. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C units worked great. The location is perfect - beach was 200 yards and 5th Ave was 3 min walk- the ferry is 5 min walk. Give the place 5/5 that’s saying a lot this was our 4th trip to playa in last 14 months. We will be staying there again if it is just the wife and I. Oh and the maid service was great!

Loved!

We loved this condo and had an easy and wonderful stay! The view is amazing, the grounds are beautiful and everyone was so helpful and nice. We loved the pool and swim up bar - Patty is so awesome and attentive. The beach was gorgeous and we were so close to everything. Seriously the best location! The only thing that did not seem to be working was the guest safe. We followed the directions and kept getting an error - seemed maybe a battery needed to be replaced. Love love love Xaman Ha and will definitely be back! :)

What Happened to the Beach?

Been five years since we’ve stayed here and in that time the lack of attention to the beach area is appalling. Otherwise the property is clean and our unit was very well kept as usual.

Great vacation spot!

The condo was as described, and the property was safe and quiet (access into the neighborhood is restricted). Both the beach and pool were very close. There were thoughtful touches to enhance our stay, like a small cooler and ice packs, and bottled water for drinking (the 5-gallon style). Recommend bringing reusable personal water bottles to fill. This condo is in a great location to experience Playa del Carmen. It is a short walk to Quinta Avenida and the ferry to Cozumel, but also the neighborhood west of Quinta Avenida is within walking distance for the WalMart and more authentic local restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great Condo

Was exactly as pictured. Ocean view and ocean front. Great little community. All amenities. Clean. Friendly people, not crowded, quiet, clean pools and lots of chairs. Walking distance to town and all restaurants and stores. Comfortable bed. Spacious condo. We didn’t want for anything. Property manager responded immediately to our questions. Had a wonderful vacation

We never received clean towels, we used the same 2 towels for 5 days. All contact #'s left in the condo, were not useful! We love Haman Ha, have been there before! We love the property, the housekeeping was not great. Thank you, Karen and Dana

lovely condo with great views and location

The property looks as described and all amenities are there. there was a lot seaweed the week stayed so that was a bummer (it was gone and beautiful the day we left), but nothing to do with property. the pool bar and ROBIN! He makes great drinks, burgers and just enough chat. bring a Football team hat to add to the collection! I am so sorry I can't recall the concierges' name. lovely lady and SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL, WITH EVERYTHING! Just ask and she will help! good stay! Enjoy!
