The resort is beautiful and in a great location (walking distance to downtown/ clubs) everyone is very attentive and ready to help you at all times. the waiters that bring you drinks by the pool are top tier 10/10. Katia & David are the absolute best!! So welcoming and fun!

This resort was a pleasant surprise. From the moment we walked in everyone was so nice and accomodating. The food at the Italian restaurant and Buffet was our favorite and The bartenders made the best drinks! The foam party is the BEST I've been to in Cancun/Playa area. Entertainment staff was amazing and the night shows were fantastic! This is now our go to resort when visiting!

The service here is excellent, accommodations are clean and the food was good and fresh. The only thing that soured me was that on arrival regardless how many times I said no, I was kept in an office rather than checked in for additional sales opportunities. Then I was further delayed while i was told my room was ready but needed to be “refreshed”. They waited outside bathroom for me to bring my daughter and myself to yet another desk to try to get me to do timeshare presentation. I had just travelled 8 hours after leaving my home with zero sleep in 36 hours due to the flight time and I was tired and wanted the beach that it was too late to see by the time they were done. This put a damper on the entire stay. Would I return? Probably not, sadly. First impressions are lasting.

El servicio fue excelente, especialmente por parte del gerente Juan Bolaños, quien fue muy amable y siempre atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Las instalaciones están limpias y bien cuidadas. Lo único a considerar es que el acceso a la playa es limitado, ya que hay muchas piedras y poca arena, lo cual puede dificultar disfrutarla al máximo.

The distance to the city was great. The beach access wasn’t so great. The bar on the beach with the swings was not open long enough. Nobody wants to hear about time shares, that online will make not want to stay here again. The rooms were so HOT. Update the doors to keep the air from leaving the rooms. The food was mid. I would rank the food and beverages a 5/10. The staff was great. The entertainment could have been better.

The property is in a state of disrepair and it needs a lot of structural repair. The furniture is worn out and damaged. The food was of poor quality, particularly the buffet and the steakhouse at dinner time. The pool had several issues, especially regarding cleanliness. Specifically, the shallow part of the pool has many black spots that appear to be mold. One particularly annoying aspect was the sales pitch that was aggressively presented at the time of arrival. There was no apparent consideration for the client’s fatigue. A special shoutout to three team members at this resort: * Orlando - the waiter at the pool * Raphael - the waiter at Bella (Italian Restaurant) * Marianna - the barista at the coffee shop

Only issue was they needed to keep the pool cleaner. Around the outside edge was not clean. And may have ruined a swimsuit by leaning up against it. And the property had chipped and flaked paint on the exterior.
