The space
Majestic home in exclusive Fase 1 Playacar. This is the first(ground) and second floor of "Castillo 1" on the property. Reserve both for larger parties up to 50.
Prime location situated at the entrance of Fase 1, you are walking distance to everything. The beach is just 150 meters away, 5th Ave is around the corner and you have a little ocean view from the rooftop where you will find also a jacuzzi (sun heated only) and seating area.
Walk out of your ground floor livingroom and step right into the front yard pool. This pool is shared with the other Castillo. Outdoor shower to clean the beach sand from your feet and body.
The house is 3 levels(you are renting the first two only). Each level consists of 1 kitchen and living area and 3 bedrooms. Open concept and open air architecture provides a tropical breeze throughout the entire house.
24 hour security is just across the street and it is a gated community, so it is in an ultra safe area.
And don't forget to enjoy your access to the rooftop for the ocean view!
