The house is situated on a private 35-acre property, offering full privacy and a peaceful retreat. There is a separate cabin on the property with a local resident who lives there year-round, but they are very respectful of your space, ensuring you can fully enjoy your stay

WINTER ACCESS: Throughout the winter, the roads and driveway are regularly plowed and maintained. However, we require using a vehicle equipped with 4-wheel drive, snow-rated tires, tire chains or tire socks for added safety.

Please note that our property is not equipped for handicap accessibility. The living space and rooms are located starting on the 2nd floor of the home.

Beautiful house with everything you need and location was great! Clean, modern, and looks brand new. Central location between Ouray and Telluride, not too far to attractions and beautiful views.

Lovely home , good location , have everything you ever need for vacation.

Family of 8 adults . Everything exact as describe. My mom who is 88 year old is very happy and comfortable. Clean and have everything you ever need for a family vacation. We had a blast with bbq and homemade family dinner. Location is superb ; everywhere is 30 mins away to ouray and telluride and we live seclude in the mountain. Ty so much. I will definitely come back if I have a chance.
