Absolutely loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Karios Villa! The house was beautifully set up with all the amenities. The pool was perfect for lazy days or playing some volleyball. The beach was the best spot for afternoon reading and sunbathing. We honestly can’t say enough about Elver & Alba who went above & beyond to keep everyone happy & the place looking great. Anything you needed wanted or needed tending to they handled it without hesitation They were the cherry on top of a great vacation. Oscar our chef prepared delicious meals all the time and was so friendly & fun. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks & pool floaties. We were disappointed you can’t beach walk for miles at this location but found other activities to keep us moving. Don’t hesitate to book this villa, you won’t be disappointed

Exceptional location

Our stay at Kairos Villa in Placencia was nothing short of extraordinary. Traveling as a group of seven, we were looking for a place that combined comfort, luxury, and a great location—and Kairos Villa exceeded every expectation. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors, modern kitchen and bathroom amenities, and breathtaking views from every room. We especially loved the outdoor spaces—the pool, hot tub, and multiple dining areas made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. The added touches like bikes, a pool table, and a golf cart made exploring and entertaining effortless. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional team. Mr. Elver Franco, Ms. Alva, and Salvador provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Their kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to making our trip special did not go unnoticed—they made us feel genuinely cared for every single day. Kairos Villa strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. This was easily one of the best group vacations we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly, highly recommended!

Wow-what an incredible stay at Kairos Villa! The pictures don’t do the properly justice, and the service was beyond our expectations. Erica planned our trip to perfection, and Omar’s cooking was out of this world! He adapted to our dietary needs and spoiled us with amazing meals. Waking up to the ocean view from the bed was magical, and the pool, hot tub, dock and hammock overlooking the water quickly became our favorite spots. The villa came with so many extras-golf cart, kayaks, paddle boards, pool floats, snorkeling gear, fishing equipment, and bikes-so there was always something to do. Erica also arranged actives and even on-site massages. Everything exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Can’t recommend enough!

Our stay at the Kraios Villa was AMAZING!!

The house is spacious, super clean and well appointed. What made the visit most memorable was the staff!! We had the pleasure of Lupita (house keeper extraordinaire) Elver (all around helper/maintenance) and Kenton (Master chef). Our group of seven ladies have never felt more pampered ❤️. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone!!

This is my second trip to Kairos and it was another stellar vacation! The location, the pools, the Pier (had a massage on the pier and highly suggest it!) as well as a chef who came in 3x that week - the trip was amazing. However Elver and Alba also made our trip very nice as they have in the past. They took great care of us and helped us when we had any questions or special requests. It's nice to know that they know the locals and can suggest safe and fun things to do. Thank. you guys for everything! You guys are awesome!

I was wowed from the moment I walked in the door til the moment I left. Kensington the chef, Elver the do everything guy, and Lupita took such good care of us and were so nice. I knew the house and location were going to be great but these 3 caring people really made it special. Even Julio the landscape guy was great. I would love to come back again!

Everything was perfect!

I highly recommend the chef (ask for Garrett), massages on the beach, drinks at the bowling alley, exploring other resorts for drinks, Hobbs Brewery, and just relaxing. Elver made sure that we were taken care of every day! Alba went above and beyond keeping the pool towels and house clean. Garrett was a phenomenal chef and the food was incredible. If you are staying in Belize, I highly recommend staying at Kairos! Best girls trip EVER!

Absolutely stunning and perfect!!

Absolutely stunning and perfect!! From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left, the service was impeccable. Franco was an amazing host and played a vital role in getting my sister to the property when their flights got delayed multiple times. It it wasn’t for him, they would have had to take a 3.5 hr drive to the house after a long day of flying. Alba and Irene were wonderful!! The house was always immaculate and the food was incredible!!! Thank you all so much for the most memorable trip! The Stocktons

This place is amazing!

The groundskeeper, Elver and his wife Alba were great! Elver was so helpful to us, and he went above and beyond just being the groundskeeper. He checked on us to make sure we always had what we needed and was helpful when the power went off a few times during our stay. Garreth was our chef and he made us some outstanding dishes. We had massages on the pier and those were amazing! The house is beautifully decorated and is private enough but still close to things to do. I highly recommend this house, it is spectacular! I can't wait to visit again!

We had such an amazing experience!

We had such an amazing experience! The chef Kenton and housekeeper Victoria we kind, professional and just all around great! We loved every second. Elver the groundskeeper was helpful and great as well. The house is beautiful and looks like the pictures. They had a lot of water sport equipment which we absolutely utilized lol. The beds are comfy and the house was really clean! We felt safe and enjoyed the space. We booked massages for our last day and the garifuna drummers for our first and we were not disappointed with anything. This trip was amazing and we’re looking forward to coming back! The food was so good, definitely get the chef!! It made things flow smoothly since we didnt have to cook our own meals. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Fantastic Girls Trip!

Wow! Is all I can say. I was very fortunate to enjoy a week with my girlfriends at this beautiful home. Like mentioned above, the pictures look just like this home. A ton of space and the whole place inside and out was laid out very nicely. Alba (housekeeping) and Elver (grounds) were very welcoming and great to work with. Always there if we needed anything. Garreth (chef) did an awesome job - we chose 3 days of meals and that was just enough for us. Food was delicious! Erica (Gecko) was also very helpful to schedule flights (from Belize to Placencia), activities, etc. Highly recommend having massage on the pier - very relaxing! Loved having the golf cart available to go to town. We all felt very safe and the people were very friendly. Would highly recommend this home for anyone attending Belize.

Incredible home and above and beyond service!

The entire staff was helpful from the planning stages with the concierge to the friendly onsite staff (who were by no means intrusive—it was amazing how much they cleaned compared to how little we saw them). The chef was also outstanding! He made delicious, well-portioned meals and cleaned up after each one. I will point out that the distance to the city center (Placencia) was about a 25 minute drive. Franco was able to schedule taxis for us which was great when our full group of 10 wanted to go out together (note: request a taxi with AC!). We had rented a car which was nice for getting groceries/quick trips. I recommend getting liquor at the duty-free store in the airport (BZE) as it is more expensive in placencia. The grocery stores are also very limited so bring any favorite snacks ;)

I have never been in a home where you could sit in the living room and to the west, see the mountains and to the east, see the beach and the beautiful sea. All at the same time. Several places to relax & have fun. Floating in the sea, hanging out in the pool, take a walk out on the private dock in a hammock, soaking in the hot tub with an infinity edge, playing a game of pool or lounging inside. Our personal chef, Kenton, prepared every dish that should be on the cover of Bon Appetite. Elver took care of every detail including bonfires on the beach and fresh gorgeous flowers in every room. Lupita, our housekeeper kept up with us with ease, laundry including bedding done several days. She left us towels shaped like birds on the beds. It was hard to go home, I miss our new friends! Don’t hesitate to book this one.

One of the BEST vacations!

Words cannot adequately express how wonderful this Girls vacation was! From the moment Elver (house caretaker), Alba(housekeeping) and team greeted us when we arrived, it felt truly like we were family. We thoroughly enjoyed the most scrumptious meals made by our chef Griffith (I highly recommend this- such a wonderful experience). Erica (Gecko) was great on assisting us with our many questions and recommendations for things to do. The house was simply amazing! Very relaxing and inviting, cozy, and such a feeling of comfort and being at home. We enjoyed game days around the large table on the outside deck, lounging in the pool, sitting on the pier, watching the Sunrise and Sunset, playing corn hole games on our beach and having massages on the pier (experience to remember and highly recommend), It was great having bicycles and golf cart available at the house too. Bicycle rides, and casual golf cart trips in to town/village were great and felt very safe. Lots of laughs and wonderful memories made on this trip! Highly recommend!!????

Kairos Villa is a paradise

If the idyllic setting of the villa and everything it offers isn’t enough for you the staff who play host ensure you have every comfort and can sort out any questions you might have about the home or the area. The home is incredible, but then you walk onto the back deck and you are greeted by what looks like the location for a Corona commercial. Elver, the grounds keeper, really lead the way to keep in contact and make sure we were comfortable and could answer any possible questions. Alba, who took care of the housekeeping was a ninja, you could hardly set a glass down without it being whisked away, washed and returned to its rightful place. Then there is Julia, our chef, her culinary skills are very impressive. She won us over immediately, her meals were amazing! And lastly our concierge, Erica, was incredibly helpful. When we arrived part of our group was delayed because of weather in the US, she got them alternate transport to still arrive at the villa on the scheduled day. Every single person we dealt with was friendly and helpful throughout our trip to Placencia, we can’t recommend it enough. We’re trying to figure out when we can come for our next visit. Truly a place to make memories.

The staff made the home really feel like home.

I organized the trip for my party of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) to the Kairos Villa in Belize. This property is managed by Gecko. The house was perfect to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday, her children, and their families. It was spacious and offered a variety of low key activities for the family. A beach, two pools, kayaks, paddle boards, our own dock with a hammock, and outdoor seating to enjoy our chef prepared meals. Moreover, the staff made the home really feel like home. Elver, the caretaker, raked the sand every morning, cleaned the pool, and helped us locate all the miscellaneous clothes and items that the children misplaced. Julia, the chef, prepared us amazing meals that comforted our bellies. I'm still thinking about the fresh tortillas that she made. Alba, the maid, kept the house spic and span - how she banished all the sand we tracked into the house, I'll never know. The only small hiccup during the trip was reconciling grocery bills with groceries received. We were overcharged, but Julia helped get us our refund. It would be nice if we were presented with the itemized receipts at the start of our stay instead of the end. Overall the experience was amazing and I'd recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway to create lifetime memories with their loved ones.

An Unforgettable Stay in Belize – Pure Paradise!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house in Belize for the second year, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Drinks and a delicious homemade salsa and chips were waiting for us upon our arrival. Franco took amazing care of the pool and grounds. Everything was pristine throughout our stay, and he was always working quietly in the background to ensure the outdoor spaces were perfect. The lush gardens and crystal-clear pool were a testament to his hard work. Inside the home, Alma went above and beyond to keep everything immaculate. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and we felt truly pampered. The house was always fresh, tidy, and welcoming thanks to her care — she made it feel like a luxury resort with a personal touch. Both Franco and Alma were warm, respectful, and always willing to help while giving us our space to relax. Their presence made our stay feel seamless and stress-free. The house itself was stunning – immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly situated to enjoy both the lush natural surroundings and breathtaking ocean views. Every detail, from the décor to the comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen, reflected thoughtful care and a commitment to guest comfort. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible staff who took care of the property. They were attentive, friendly, and always available when we needed assistance, yet never intrusive. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, preparing delicious meals, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, their kindness and professionalism made our trip truly special. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for such a memorable experience. We can’t recommend this place highly enough, and we’re already dreaming of our return!
