Blinds not working
The place is in a nice location. You're able to walk around town very easily. It's very clean and has great views. The problem we encountered was with the blinds. They are electric so you press a button to open and close them. One of the blinds which covered 2 windows in the master bedroom was not working. Since the windows are from floor to ceiling, they let in a lot of light. This is great during the daytime as it allows a lot of light into the apartment. However, at night time it is nearly impossible to get any sleep with all the light from the street coming in. Since there are also other tall buildings near by it also affects privacy as far as getting changed. We had to get changed in the bathroom. From the moment we arrived, we noticed and immediately reported that the blinds were not working. We received a quick response that the problem would be looked into. We requested an update several hours later and even the next day. No one ever came to fix the blinds. Needless to say, we barely got any sleep.
