Beautiful home with a cozy back patio

We really enjoyed our stay. We were amazed by how accurate all the photos were of this gorgeous home. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping close by as well.

Home away from home

This property was nothing short of spectacular. The home is upgraded, stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the backyard. The couch was so comfortable, I fell asleep while watching a movie! Not to mention the beds- by far the best sleep I’ve had in a while (the bedding is ridiculously soft). Overall, the home was very comfortable, inviting and homey. I would definitely recommend this property. Also, the homeowner was great with communicating throughout our stay and tended to our every need. I look forward to staying here again.

Sensation stay!

The home is a cool, clean, convenient retreat for any visit to the Pinehurst area or the neighing towns. Avery was a helpful, responsive and perfect host! We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Excellent rental!

This was really my first VRBO rental experience. Communication was excellent and the accommodations exactly as shown and detailed. Quick response in regards to operating the thermostat. Clean and extremely comfortable. Great pride in ownership of this property. Only suggestion that I would have is to have TVs in bedrooms. After a long day of golf and dinner out it would have been great to lie in the comfortable bed and watch tv before falling asleep.

Repeat Stay - Just as good as first stay!

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as our first stay! Property owner is outstanding - prompt communication & clear process. The property itself is totally updated, well appointed, great space/location to Pinehurst/Southern Pines! On top of that, this property, each time has been incredibly clean!!!! We will be booking this property again next visit!

Great Place

Needed place to stay while my son was in golf tournament at Pinehurst #6 and this worked perfectly with clubhouse only 3 min away. Neighborhood was quiet - we felt safe - house was very clean - nicely updated - beds comfortable - owner was very responsive to answer any questions that we had. Would stay here again if in the area and I would recommend.to anyone looking for this area.

Great Pinehurst location!

This is a recently remodeled three bedroom home with a great kitchen, comfortable furnishings, including comfortable beds, and a nice location with golf course view. It was perfect for my family's stay in Pinehurst. The hosts were great with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property with a Fee Drawbacks

This property is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and in a fantastic location (9 min from Pinehurst clubhouse) with good amenities. The beds were very comfortable, the Roku tv was easy to use, the neighborhood felt safe, and it was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Avery was very responsive and accommodating before, during and even after our stay. However, there were a few things that prevent this rental from being 5 star. The water temperature in both bathrooms didn’t allow us to take a warm shower much longer than 5 minutes. When I attempted to take a bath, the tub filled with less than 6 inches of water it ran cold. Additionally, the water smelled of sulfur. The flooring in the bathrooms were also not clean in several places, the coffee container was empty, there were dirty clothes/towels in the laundry room, stains on the couch, random skews everywhere, the kitchen recycling was full and all but two windows were left unlocked. Knowing this, I would still stay again if the water issue was remedied as the other issues were minimal.

Lovely Home in Great Location

This home worked perfectly for my husband and I while we were in town visiting family. It's newly updated, clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We kept our grandkids overnight one night and enjoyed watching the golfers with them from the backyard and deck in the morning. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Terrific property and rental experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was well appointed, very clean, comfortable, totally updated, had a well stocked kitchen and convenient to everything! Communication with property manager was outstanding! We plan to stay here again on our annual Pinehurst golf trip!

Terrific house right on the golf course. Clean and in great condition.

I stayed at the house while on a golf trip. It was in very good condition, clean, had nice linens and towels, and the furniture was in good shape. The hosts were very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Beautiful house

My family and I enjoyed your home. The only thing that was bothersome, you did not have tv’s in the bedrooms. I had to drive home to grab my tv’s at my own home.
