The experience was very good, the hotel is very good, it is centrally located in Pigeon Forge. I don't give it 5 stars because the breakfast is not the best and unfortunately I had to live the experience that there were pillowcases that did not change them they had other people's hairs and smelled very strange along with the toilet paper they did not put a new one and there was a used one, from there very clean outside the place and everything super ...

Liked: Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Check in was easy. Did not like: When we arrived, there was no coffee supplies or bags for the ice bucket and no cups. There was a little mildew on the grout in the shower. The bed kept making a popping noise everytime we turned over. The next morning, had to take very cool showers because the water never got warm. When we left for the day, I asked the front desk if the cleaned the rooms daily and she said yes as long as you don't have the Do Not Disturb sign out. I asked her to ask the cleaning service to make sure they restocked everything like coffee supplies, cups, towels, etc. When we returned to the room that evening, the only thing they did was give us clean towels in the bathroom. However, they just put a big stack on top of the shelf. No folding or putting them in the shelves or hanging them. Did not put clean towels by the sink. Just left the dirty ones. They did not restock coffee supplies or cups or bags for the ice bucket. They did not even make the beds. Didn't expect to change sheets but thought they would at least make the beds. Also did not empty any of the trash cans.
