Was charged an extra $50 dollars at check in. Then got to the room and it was dirty. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Stains on sheets and towels. Left and never ended up staying. Hotel would only refund part of what was spent.

Very convenient location and excellent room for the price. Parking situation was not ideal- super crowded. And I simply can’t give 5 stars to a hotel that uses powdered eggs at the continental breakfast. Overall great value for your money though, and puts you super close to Dollywood and other local attractions!
