I normally don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share our experience so others don’t have the same one. Our vacation was from 1/1–1/7. From the first day, parking was a disaster. Because this was during New Year’s weekend (12/31–1/4), we were afraid to leave the hotel since we might not be able to find a parking spot when we returned. We ended up walking to eat instead. I believe a restaurant next door was allowing customers to use the hotel’s parking lot, but even so, there does not seem to be enough parking for a hotel of this size. On the second night of our stay, my kids flipped back the comforter and we found what looked like splatter on the underside. At first, the staff thought it may have just been dirty from being put on the bed, but I explained that I’m very careful and do not allow food or drinks in the beds. They did replace the comforter. The sink drain had mold, which caused a strong odor similar to cat urine. The shower also had no shelf or place to put soap or bottles, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was okay for about the first three days, but after most guests checked out, it felt like the remaining guests were forgotten—there were very few options available. There was also a large crack in the door. I did speak with a young woman at checkout on 01/07 (I don’t remember her name), and she was by far the nicest and most helpful person we dealt with. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I will not be staying here again. The beds were comfortable

this location was GREAT for walking to local restaurants (the Mill), and was on the Parkway. Room was clean, hot water was scarce when showering, (maybe due to 5 floors of rooms. Would recommend this location, if looking for clean, quiet, and reasonable accommodations. continental breakfast was okay, coffee was hot and tasty.

The room was clean, but the toilet would not flush, so we were moved to another room. The second room was clean, but we were never able to get the tv to work and starting about 4am the trash trucks began removing trash from dumpsters around the hotel which took what seemed like 2 hours of beeping.

In room 210 the bathtub has mold, the paint is peeling on the hallway floors, and the breakfast area is small with a very limited variety of food.

Pictures of this place are deceiving. We got there & it was basically the landlord special of a hotel. Room was dirty, used towel still in the bathroom & used white soap! hair/dirt left on the floor. Left a small bit of tp, my 8yr old went to open the only other roll they left in the room & it had a USED bandaid stuck to it! -we were livid! We ended up going to buy a small pack of tp from Walmart to use. They also only gave us 2 towels when it was 4 of us staying....for 8 days. Luckily, I came prepared, & brought our own shampoos & lotions because the hair soap provided was empty & the bottles had mold growing on the bottom of them. The carpets don't get cleaned or vacuumed as they should, because you can see they needed swept, but my clean new white socks were disgusting after walking through the room! Next up, the fridge isn't working right so sadly we threw out the food we had because it couldn't be trusted, the fridge was warm. The outlets were a nightmare, couldn't get anything plugged in & the 1 outlet we could use, I had to shove the plug in pretty hard. Now for trash, we stuck our 2 trash cans out in front of our door to be changed...well they took them & never brought them back. Again, luckily I had trash bags for our trash during our drive & if our kids got car sick cuz I had to use them the whole stay. Door doesnt close right, sketchy elevator, & no buffet at all!!! False advertisment! Dirty/stained blankets & pillows.
