Cooling in room was poor. I woke up at nights sweating. After complaining every day and hotel trying to fix it everyday, problem persisted. In hotels defense, they did offer to change room but 1. They said that they fixed the cooling and 2. It’s a pen to move the room when you have already taken your stuff out of the bags.

Great staff amazing breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms make it a first class hotel property! The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of old town Phuket with many offerings and options for restaurants bars coffee shops shopping and of course massage spas ! I accidentally booked the wrong room type that unfortunatelly had no easy wheelchair access hotel staff warned me about it saying that to get into t6e bathroom requires a bit of walkinwith a step over a small threshold. I thought I can handle an we checked in walking into the bathroom wasn’t that big of an issue but neither the shower or the toilet had grab bars which made using these facilities very challenging for me. It’s totally my fault fit not investigating it more before accepting the rom.otherwize it is a great hotel and the rooms are spacious andwell appointed with a very comfortable bed.we stayed at this hotel multiple times before and had a properly equipped wheelchair accessible room. I eould recommend this hotel to other as it is actually very nice and I will book to stay there again in the future.
