Séjour exceptionnel. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, entre la piscine entourée de palmiers et la vue mer, tout est pensé pour se détendre. L’ambiance est à la fois dépaysante et apaisante. Le personnel est attentif et agréable, le service fluide sans être envahissant. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant : cadre superbe en bord de mer et cuisine de qualité. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont propres et bien entretenus. Franchement, une vraie parenthèse hors du temps. Je recommande sans hésiter.

This resort is advertised as 5 star. It is 3 at best. It was clear that many of the facilities were poorly maintained and in need of upgrade. The pool in particular was had green algae on walls, steps and floor. Umbrellas were mouldy and disgusting. The signage messaging was aggressive in tone and staff confused about our booking. We definitely did not get a king bed as booked, instead two singles pushed together that was uncomfortable to sleep on. The furniture on our terrace was limited and very uncomfortable. Some cushioned lounger chairs would be better here. Avoid eating at the restaurant, it is totally overpriced and better food available outside resort. The cocktails were basic. We ordered Mai Tais which came without pineapple or passion fruit in. Rookie cocktail making. While the grounds and beach are a pleasant and peaceful environment to be within, I would not recommend currently staying here until some well overdue maintenance and customer service improvement occurs. Not a great experience for the price paid

Fantastic stay and a beautiful place. The beach is lovely and not overcrowded with just one row of umbrellas/loungers so you can enjoy the view. Lots of great little restaurants nearby that you can walk to as well. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Personalen är outstanding (från städarna, servitörerna till receptionen) så trevliga och serviceminded - exempelvis Hue! Le séjour a été incroyable. La plage était propre, comparé aux autres plages de l'île d'ailleurs. La villa en bord de mer sublime, très bruyant en fonction des voisins que vous avez. Il ne s'agit pas d'une villa individuelle mais une villa séparée en deux. Donc le mur qui sépare est en bois, vous entendez tout. Le personnel est très gentil et très attentionné. Ils nous ont même préparé un petit déjeuner a emporter le jour du départ car nous partions tôt, sans rien demander. Le resort est propre. Le restaurant est très bon. Oui il est plus cher que les restaurants autour, mais il n'est pas cher pour autant pour des européens. Mon gros bémol sur un tel resort, la salle de sport. Elle est sale, petite et le matériel tres vieux. Si vous êtes muscu, il va falloir être motivé. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Merci !

This was a family trip with my parents and my young daughter. There was a minor issue with the room we were initially assigned, but the hotel staff were very kind and responded quickly. After we were moved to a different room, we were able to rest comfortably. Most of the hotel facilities were well maintained and properly managed. The breakfast was decent and satisfying overall. However, there is a designated smoking area inside one corner of the breakfast restaurant, and when someone was smoking, the smell traveled directly into the dining area, which was uncomfortable. The gym was equipped with a basic set of dumbbells, but it was sufficient for a simple workout. The beach in front of the hotel remains relatively shallow—even after walking quite a distance, the water depth is around an adult male’s height—so it seems like a good place for children to play. During my stay, it felt like about 80% of the guests were Russian. Overall, I appreciate the friendly and attentive service throughout our stay, and I would be happy to stay here again on a future visit.

We loved our room, and the semi outdoor nature style bathroom was lovely. The dining options were very expensive and small portions so we only ate there once. The view from the over water restaurant was really amazing. The cleaning staff and wait staff were all lovely. Man ist in der Natur und trotzdem sehr luxuriös untergebracht. Die Anlage ist direkt in einen Tropenwald. Wer Insekten nicht mag sollte dies berücksichtigen bei der Wahl des Hotels. Die Bäder sind offen und in die Natur integriert. Ich fand es toll. Zimmer sind etwas durch Witterung gezeichnet aber alles gut. Moskitonetz und Klimaanlage waren sehr hilfreich. Sehr gepflegt und für Alleinreisende geeignet. Auf mich wurde besonders geachtet. Frühstück vielseitig und die Anlage zum Relaxen toll. Außserhalb gibt es gute Restaurants aber auch das Restaurant im Resort ist sehr gut. Wellness, Romantik ist alles drin wenn man möchte. Transfer vom/ zum Airport gut organisiert. Das Peraonal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt in meiner Auszeit von 3 Nächten nach einem Business Trip.

We had a really great time in this place. The Staff is amazing and the bungalow option makes you feel immersed in nature. The Breakfast is huge, and the beach and the swimming pool are perfect for the best sunset ever! We Loved it!

incredible location right on the first line on the beach. good air conditioning, fairly modern design. of the minuses I will note the non-working bath and poor cleaning before check-in. neither the bath nor the shower nor the glass were washed, there is dirt and dust everywhere, this is disappointing to be honest. breakfasts are absolutely mediocre, they need to focus not on the quantity of dishes but on their quality. overall, due to the excellent location, we got good impressions

My husband and I spent our 21st wedding anniversary in paradise. There was a problem with our initial room but the response from the resort was prompt professional and surpassed our expectations. Our suite, the pools, walkways, and beach were beautiful but best of all were the great staff. A highlight was dinner on the pier. Thanks to the resort for the memory making experience.
