Beach close by, however no sun beds and not really much space to lay down. You can get beach towels at the hotel. Sea dirty due to many pipes coming straight into the sea. Breakfast ok, but very greasy dishes every day. Eggs cooking lady quite unfriendly. Lost my key card (with hotel name and room number on it), asked receptionist to give me a new one and block the old one. She said she will block it. Later I found the first key in the street and they both worked to open my room. It is just not ok! Anybody could find this key. Also very high steps to go to reception with a luggage. Pros: clean, nice view, close to bus stop and sea.

Nesta Phu Quoc Hotel was nice enough. The breakfast could use a little improvement, but the rooms were clean and the front desk was helpful. There's a lot of construction in the area as they are almost finished building a new hotel in front and another one next to the hotel.

Very close walk to the beach.

The hotel was very close to the beach and in great condition! I would stay there again. There is however lots of construction going on around the hotel that was a little unpleasant.

Pros: good location; friendly, helpful staff; clean and comfortable; plenty of natural light in the room, and lighting in the bathroom; a reasonably good buffet breakfast; free bottled water daily, plus tea and coffee making facilities; towels provided for the pool or beach (not just one, but two per person). Cons: swimming pool inadequate size for the number of rooms; often no hot water at peak times; no proper shower cubicle in bathroom, making it more of a wet-room.

A great get away for little money.

The rooms were great. They were big and spacious. The people were real nice. A lot of construction going on around but not too bad as far as noise concerned. The only thing that concerned us was the pool. It could have been cleaner. I have a pool and when it is cloudy I know I better get it tested. My wife didn’t think there was enough variety on buffet especially for western people All in all it was nice and it was close to most things.

Lots of construction sites around this area. The owner and reception are not willing to assist you to change rooms due to "Hot Season", despite the fact that the room may be not be comfortable up to your need.

Great hotel with small pool. However, laundry service was charged base on piece , not per lbs. Nice view from balcony / windows, but hotel doesn't have the private beachside for customer to swim. Overall, this hotel is good place for traveler.

Steps from the beach.

Great location just steps from the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Staff were always friendly and helpful with organizing tours of the island. We extended our stay by two nights. The room was large but I would recommend they put in black-out drapes on the windows. Our room faced east (mountain view room), and the sun came through the drapes at 6am, making it difficult to sleep in.

Good location, walls are paper

The room looked just furnished, but the finishing of the renovation was really not done. The gyproc was without edge finishing and the covered window to the bathroom was still with glass on the bathroom side, so we had the lovely view of gyproc with nails sticking out while showering. The wall paper was literally torn all over the highlight wall. The wall generally were paper and we could hear everything that happened next door and corridor. Balcony was really a french balcony with no seating area. Daily room cleaning was more like a making the bed service as the sheets were not changed (only ones during our 5 days stay) and it looked like the floors were not wiped. Breakfast was decent and the concierge service was good. Location was brilliant though - only short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants close by.

유명한 킹콩마트나 즈엉동 야시장에 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에요. 뒤쪽에 있는 작은 풀장도 간단하게 수영하기 좋고, 스태프도 도움 요청하면 친절하게 응대해주어서 좋았습니다.

Vi bokade en svit för sex dagar och den var amazing! Är man ljudkänslig bör man dock inte välja rummet då det hörs en del från restaurangen ovanför. Vi bad om att byta rum och detta löste personalen på dagen! Då det nya rummet var billigare än vårt ordinarie rum så erbjöd hotellet oss färskpressad juice varje dag! Restaurangen är fräsch, fin vy över havet och god mat som fylls på hela tiden under frukosten. Litet poolområde med få solstolar, dock inget vi kände av under vår vistelse. Nära strand och livliga gator (men inget som stör) Otroligt service-minded personal på hotellet som hjälper till med allt från väskor, till bokningar av rundturer m.m. Vi kan absolut bo här igen om vi kommer till Phu Quoc.

大きな問題は無く、高級リゾートを求めないのであれば十分満足できるホテルだと思います。 朝食は最上階の海の見えるレストランで、気持ち良かったです。 滞在中、気になったのは次の2点。 ①VIPに泊まったが、最上階の一つ下の階なので、朝食準備の音が聞こえる。（朝5時半くらいから） ②チェックアウト時、タオルが1枚無くなったと弁償させられた。 　こちら、複数人で宿泊しており、部屋の清掃完了時、既に1枚無かったことを伝えたが、弁償しろの一点張り。 　滞在最後の最後で嫌な気分にさせられた。
