Mixed review here. The space is large, and while many other places are "generous" on what constitutes a bed, here all of the rooms and beds were comfortable, and spacious. There were numerous activities (ping pong, air hocky, foosball, pool), and lots of room to stretch out. The location is fantastic, and there is plenty of parking. Also the host Tim is very communicative, and was able to secure us a pack-n-play for the kids, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. Plenty of flat wear and dinner wear was also great. As for the "could have been betters": Lighting in the main rooms was very poor, we were almost eating in the dark. There only overhead lighting in the place, not a lamp in sight. The kitchen is poorly equipped, lacking both basics (no salt, oil, paper towels, tongs, only one cutting board, etc.) as well as the space to cook for more than 4-5 people. The cleaners do a cursory job at best (dirty windows, mold in tub vents, marks on walls), and there are significant signs of wear on the place (front door doesn't close, broken chairs, dry rot, termite damage, broken blinds, not windows open). While nothing was a "This is terrible", it all added up to leave us feeling like we enjoyed our stay, but would probably look elsewhere if booking again.
